I don't play just any game 4 times through in a row.

Very ambitious. A logical evolution on the Doom 2016 formula. I appreciate what Eternal was going for but it didn't vibe with me as much.

The combat is a bit loose and weightless. Aside from that the game is basically perfect.

I played this for 100 hours and didn't finish the main quest.

The first half is one of a greatest games of all time; the second half is unfinished garbage that knocks a full star off. Worth playing for the S-tier first half.

Incredibly solid immersive sim from a time when immersive sims were basically gone from the culture. The plot twist is an all-timer.

Overly ambitious in its design resulting in major cuts having to be made to get it out the door. As a result the story is obviously truncated as is the level design. The ending also makes no sense. The presentation and atmosphere saves this.

Everything this game attempts it does perfectly.

Writing is top notch. One of the first I remember feeling like characters in a video game were real people.

Fairly solid foundation ruined by the need to be a live service. It's a shame because the characterization of the main campaign characters is all really good.

Excellent return to form for RE.

I used to play through this game and the episodes every summer break hoping Half Life 3 was just around the corner.

Bowser never leaves the hot tub until Mario comes and destroys it.
