Tomb Raider 3 is one of the only games with one of the fiercest troll equivalents:
games where you're taken captive and your weapons are actually confiscated and gone forever and if you do this level later in the game you are kind of fucked for the final levels.

wind waker works the same as oot, its just near the beginning of the game rather than the end so you dont have many tools to your disposal
Dark Souls. You respawn in a cage after encountering Seath. I haven’t played Bloodborne yet, but I heard it did the same thing.

actually in gollum 2023 they put him in various jails but they let him keep all his rocks and food which is weapons to gollum i think

This happens in Hollow Knight, more specifically Beast's Den in Deepnest. Granted you have less 'equipment' in HK, but they leave you with your sword and some tangible abilities post-capture.
