my 10 billionth long war playthrough. I actually started one a few days ago but i changed something that I shouldn't have and it kinda broke the game so i restarted with the thing i changed already enabled so that it wouldn't break a pre-existing game

finished up the grinding in agrabah, game crashed after I did some synthesis stuff, so now i gotta... do that again...

finished grinding to 99 lucid shards in monstro, i'm gonna grind to 99 soothing shards in agrabah, and then not be able to use them all because of how expensive orichalcum is. at that point, I will be done simply because of how much of a pain in the ass it is.

the one good thing about grinding defense ups is that they don't require materials from the special enemies, which makes it slightly easier to grind. but also you need so god damn much and orichalcum costs 5000 fucking money (sorry, munny).
Its ridiculous.
AP and strength ups are even worse because they require mythril, and that is nearly fucking impossible to grind, because you're either grinding 1% drops from very select enemies or grinding a special enemy for materials to MAKE mythril.

synthesis material grinding makes me want to grind my head into a fine paste

christ i forgot how hard sephiroth is, I might HAVE to grind for defense ups, and i didn't want to have to do that.
Also i did all the gummi missions except the last end of the world one because its a massive pain in the ass and i'm not entirely sure how to do it

hit level 100, finished the synthesis, now i just gotta do gummi ship, fight sephiroth, and then beat the game. oh god.

After having no issues for the entirety of this playthough, I jumped into a call with friends and 3 times in a half hour got some weird bug where the screen just went black aside from the hud, and the game became unplayable. I gave up after the third time
