Played for the first time in 2023, and I only got through Sonic’s story, but I gotta say, if it weren’t for all the bugs and glitches, I don’t think this would’ve been bad. I can definitely see the potential. That said, it is beyond broken.

Probably the worst mainline Pokémon game tbh…
Some of the best new Pokémon designs, and I love mega evolutions, but the gameplay has never been more stale, and despite being in 3D for the first time, most of the characters and Pokémon animations and poses seem so lifeless and boring.
That being said I love the design of the Kalos region and am excited to see it revisited in a future game

This game is mindless, in the best way possible. The whole game can be played just using the analog stick (besides hitting A for menu selections).
Love putting on a podcast, or a tv show and playing this while listening/watching. Tons of unique characters to unlock, each with their own unique ability

A little janky at times, but the art style is nice, and I like exploring the world and making spaces for my animal friends.

Been playing since season 4. Fortnite’s gameplay is unmatched in the battle royale space. I only play zero build, but it’s constant evolving meta and rotation of weapons and mythics keeps the game fresh and has me coming back at least once a month to see what new things have been added.
The fact that I can go on a shooting spree as Aang from ATLA, or Ariana Grande, makes it a victory royale in my eyes.

Just barely takes the spot for best Animal Crossing in my eyes. It’s missing a couple key features from the series, like better holidays and more shop upgrades, but the amount of customization in this entry almost makes up for their absence.

Really disappointed with the monetization and pull back on promised content with this game. Give us back OW1!

What can I say about Stardew Valley that hasn’t already been said?
It’s one of the chillest, calming and most stressful games I’ve ever played. Min/maxing your crop harvest is not required, but it’s so fun trying to makes as much money as you can in a short time. The amount of customization is unheard of, and concernedApe deserves an award for his continued dedication the the fan base, and continuously adding new content for free.
Also Shane is the best bachelor. I can change him, trust me.

One of the most content filled and exciting gaming experiences I’ve had in awhile. I’m already a huge fan of FF7 and the FF series as a whole, but this game truly blew all my expectations out of the water. It manages to balance the dark, serious tone of the games story, while adding all kinds of humor, fun character moments, and jaw dropping visuals. While it does have some pacing issues, given the context of the original, I think they did a great job filling in some gaps, and setting things up for an eventual part 3.
Part 1 was already an incredible feat, but with some of the new combat mechanics, leveling systems, and mini games, this has possible taken the spot from FF9 as my all time favorite Final Fantasy game.
If you value your sanity, I would not getting the platinum trophy for this.
