I've gone back now and played the Smash games, but this was my first one. I didn't grow up with them, and I was never very good at fighters, but this game was well done.

We wanted to play this as a group for the survival game mode. While we waited for that, we played the battle royale mode. Then one day Ninja played with Drake and the game exploded. The rest is history.

Peak relaxation simulator. I loved Harvest Moon 64, and this is just the ultimate homage to that game.

Alright, let's get this over with and knock out some bullet points. I played a bit of it. I mained Rat. I have a LOT of time in OW1. This game was a carbon copy reprint. They promised a lot and delivered a little. Blizzard is not a great company. I think I covered most of it.

This is definitely one that I think is good because I had it and played it all the time. The "Kirby's Avalanche!" followed by that measure of star twinkling, will forever exist in my head.

Hot take: I don't love it. I think it's a wonderful game, and for 1996 the amount of movement mechanics is beyond impressive, but I've never been able to play this game to completion. I've tried about 4 times and I always stop for some reason. Maybe one day I'll finish it and change my outlook, but when it comes to a 3D Mario game, I respect this one for setting the groundwork for all of the rest, but I think it's one of the weaker titles in the franchise. I'm ready for the hate mail.

Just a great way to waste time with friends. One of my favorite parts of the GTA games is how many little secrets there are scattered around such a vast map. GTA V is game that has had a lasting player base for over 10 years, which is really incredible to think about. High hopes for VI if I'm even alive to see it.

I would always play this at the local YMCA, and then one of the workers gifted it to me one day. I just loved the multiplayer where you could smack people off their board. We would play tag on the game waiting for swim practice to start and it was just kind of blissful.

I either need more stars, or a more precise rating system. Halo CE and 2 are both at 5s for me, but I would put 2 at the top in a heartbeat. The story is phenomenal and easily my favorite of the franchise. Introducing dual wielding was a pivotal mechanic for the series even if you can't aim with the SMGs. Also I will never forget the rooftop mission with the jackal snipers. What a great continuation to a legacy.

Microsoft came out swinging with this title and they've capitalized on it for over 20 years now. I've probably played this campaign more than any game. This was one of the first M rated games I played, and I would play it with friends before we had Xbox Live. Playing through the mission with the Flood the first time through was like a horror game to me, and I'll never forget that experience.

I'm just gonna put it at 5. It's kind of the perfect game when you think about it. It's a timeless game that will never die. Every year we start a new server and it's the most fun I have gaming that year. The best part about Minecraft is its the game everyone has, so it's always a good fallback. I have yet to 100% any update, but I'll do it eventually.

I remember before starting this game my thoughts were, "how do you turn a perfect 2D game into 3D?" Then immediately after I loaded in and left the first room I said, "Oh that's how." This game was perfect up until the final section where it tried to push the boundaries of controls a bit. Maybe I'm just bad though, who knows.

If I ever hang-glide in my life, I think I'll be irrationally angry at the start.

This might be why Tarzan is my favorite DIsney movie. Granted I haven't played this in 15 years, but I distinctly remember printing out all of the animal facts pages and using up all of the colored ink. My parents weren't happy.

I think the fact that they completely changed the genre of the game was very interesting. If they make more of these I think it would be fun for the franchise to switch genre's with every game. These games aren't meant to be top tier, but they're funny, and fun to play for as short as they are.
