Demanding combat games

Liked Elden ring or Dark Souls, then these may scratch that sophisticated and challenging combat itch. Although note, some are slightly easier than Souls games (yes, looking at you Witcher 3 and God of War...).
I have included Blasphemous and the Salt series, as although 2D they are still demanding with the combat.
Finally, there are some in this list I have not played or completed (Salt series, Dragon Dogma, Titan Souls, Let it Die, Lords of the Fallen), they are recommendations from others.
