Repetitive Gameplay, and an okay story.

Cute Puzzles. Some of the solutions were confusing and convoluted. But it was entertaining throughout my experience. The last few levels were really trippy and very cool looking.

It's okay. The world was fun. But the movement was janky. It gets kinda boring.

I loved the combat and the movement. The story was such a slog though. The pacing (especially with miles and martin Li) was so bad. And having venom and kraven as both being main villains is such wasted potential because both of them are so powerful, and deserving of their own game... kraven just felt under utilized. I think this game just does great set up for a future game

I LOVED THE STORY. The gameplay was just rlly repetitive. Really excited to play Alan Wake 2 now.

This would've been a good DLC, if it weren't for the final boss sections. MY GOD ARE THE SKIBIDI TOILET TV LOOKING THINGS SO ANNOYING. The enemy spawning is insanely bad, and the combat isn't hard, it's just stupidly annoying.

Everything wrong with the "Signal" DLC was fixed. No stupid fighting, no janky enemies, just a normal Alan Wake level lol. Just wayyy too short (then again it's just a part 2 of the shit show of "the Signal")

The gameplay was amazing. The additional powers you can get are really cool. The world and setting was super well made. It felt all "lived in". The story was also great... when it wasn't really disjointed. My biggest issue was how loosely fitting everything was. It all felt like it was 1 step away from not making sense at all. But I would recommend it.

pretty good DLC, just the middle mission was WAYYYYYY too long.

The best mario platformer, second to super mario bros 3. Awesome levels. Super creative. My only gripe is the really really REALLY bad multiplayer.

good remake. but i think the graphics don't do the game enough justice.

WARNING I AM ABOUT TO GLAZE THIS GAME:
This is one of the greatest games I've ever played. The layers of story telling and the twists and turns are masterful. This is storytelling to teach, this is story telling you need to learn and understand.

I played alan wake 1 and thought it was eh, like the story was awesome but the gameplay was meh. Alan Wake 2 still has pretty "ok" gameplay, but this entire game I WAS HOOKED. I could not stop playing. The gameplay didn't matter. I never felt the drive to uncover the story just as much as I did with this game.

Can I just also say (sorry I'm gonna gush about this game), the acting was really good. Illka Villi and Sam Lake were surprisingly awesome in this. Saga Anderson's actress (sorry don't know her name), was wonderful. Don't think I forgot about her. I thought I WOULD BE SOOOOO BORED with the saga route... cuz it's not Alan (and I wanted Alan). But no. I legit found her story (up until like chapter 7 wayyyyy more interesting). I'm legitimately taken aback at how well they introduce Saga Anderson and use her in tandem with Alan. They also didn't try to shoe horn anything.

All in all,

I AM READY FOR CONTROL 2 AND THE ALAN WAKE 2 DLCS BAYBEEEEE. THIS HAS BEEN ONE OF THE MOST GRATIFYING AND FULFILLING GAMES I'VE EVER PLAYED. I CANNOT WAIT FOR THE FUTURE OF REMEDY GAMES.

I'm torn. The writing is awesome, some of the best. But the combat and the world design is just super outdated. I love nostalgia and all, but like this kinda felt blah imo.
