I desperately want to see Cyber Woo and Neo Dio come back in another game

Pretty dang solid fighting game, glad this ended up getting a port and more characters.

It's more Theatrhythm, which is good in my book.

Very fun game, though it excels at hammering in just how difficult farming is via its gameplay.

Fun, if not a bit frustrating at times. The character design is nice and I'd honestly love to see a new entry in the series a la Blaster Master Zero, especially with Sunsoft's recent return. While it's probably not going to click with people who aren't used to a lot of the more frustrating aspects of NES games, I definitely get why the game spawned a cult following in Japanese gaming circles and would love to see more done with the IP.

1986

A bit frustrating in parts, but overall, pretty fun. The sprite art is pleasant to look at, and I think the overall gameplay is fun enough.

Weird, but interesting. Naoto Ohshima's character designs help it stand out and make it noteworthy, IMO.

Solid entry to the series, though a little TOO easy for my tastes at times. Still, worth your while if you like the series.

Definitely not as bad as people make it out to be, but overall it feels kind of lacking in comparison to the earlier games in the series and a bit generic. I definitely get why people reacted the way they did, but on its own it's like, fine, but nothing more than that.

Better than it gets made out to be, but also just not that good.

It's mostly just a bit jank and inoffensive until you get to the handful of really annoyingly designed sections, which pushes it into "not great" territory.

The enemy designs are good, which is a highlight, but otherwise it's just kind of forgettable.

A fun addition to the series that brings back a lot of old characters, with some very enjoyable classic gameplay. Lots of content, too.

I do miss the expressiveness of the older sprites from the arcade titles, but it's still pretty well-done visually and I believe the character are animated using some sort of 3D model or rig-based thing, which would explain why. Still, it would be nice to see some of that animation style make a comeback in a future game.

I also missed the "Chain Reaction" mechanic from Puzzle Bobble 4 and the arcade Super Puzzle Bobble, kind of wish that had made a return as well.

Overall, a fun time and worthy addition to the series.

Just as enjoyable as the first, though I do hope the next Zelda game strays from the BotW theming and style a bit more lest it become overdone.

Fun, but insanely disappointing as someone who adores the original Hyrule Warriors. It's way less interesting than that game was.

The focus on BotW makes sense for when it was released, but there's barely anything new, all the areas and models are from BotW. The "all-star" aspect of the original Hyrule Warriors is not present at all, and there's pretty much nothing present from any Zelda games EXCEPT BotW which is kind of a drag.

It's not a bad game at all, but as someone who spent like half a decade playing through the original Hyrule Warriors on and off, it just feels insanely lacking in comparison and if we ever get a third Hyrule Warriors, I seriously hope it'll return to the original's all-star Zelda crossover type of focus, as there's a ton of stuff they can still do with the older entries.
