How is Destiny not here? Quite literally the loot simulator!... Honestly some may be worse in that aspect, but Destiny IS one of the first to come to mind when this topic is brought up

@DeemonAndGames @Snigglegros Destiny is a sorta-MMO so it doesn't count, Borderlands is designed around the loot system in the same manner as Diablo so it doesn't count.

well you could say that some of these are designed around their loot system too at that point.
