1. Played 2023
List of games I've played in 2023, ordered by how much I enjoyed them
37 Games
Among my favorite games now
Replayed but didn't get 112% until now, came to appreciate this game a lot more
Beautiful remaster for an already amazing game
It's essentially a screensaver but it's cozy and it has ducks
At the start of the year I didn't expect Chrono Trigger to get dethroned, shows how great this game is
Amazing end to an amazing series
(DNF) Really impressive and open-ended game, want to finish
This game throws everything at you and they somehow make it work well
It's like Ace Attorney but with dead people
Perfect closure to Kiryu's role as main character
The first game walked so the sequel could fly
Oktoberfest jumpscare
Haunted mansion ride gone wrong (almost died)
Always something new to discover, this game practically never ends, wish the story was a bit more connected to BOTW though
As close to a new Castlevania game we'll get
The real enemy is your party formation getting messed up after someone leaves
Some annoying content bloat but otherwise very final very fantasy
(DNF) Epic story, really cool boss fights and an amazing soundtrack, want to finish
Amazing gameplay, okay story, delete Framme
Countless ways to approach a mission makes each very replayable
Surprisingly solid, wish the main story was a bit more engaging though
Yakuza with swords (and guns but those sucked so who cares)
This took me 5 years to get to
That zowie do be wowie
Funnily enough this took me 7 days to beat
Actually pretty fun if you ignore that this is the only F-Zero game released in two decades
Vampire Survivors but for weebs
(DNF) This just makes me want to get back into One Piece
Simple but fun 2048 clone, I got what I expected from this
This takes like 3 hours to beat but the gimmick is really cool, get this on sale
Bowser's Keep sucked but otherwise I enjoyed it
Probably fun for a while if you get thanos and peter singing bad romance but there are way better rhythm games out there
(DNF) Sorry but Shinigami is way too annoying
Unrated
(DNF) It's really charming and I want to like it, but it's so slow-paced I'm shelving it for now
