A watered down version of Ultimate that still has the fun charm of pitting iconic video game characters against each other. While unfortunately lacking in single player content, it shines when playing with friends.

The game lives up to it's title as the ultimate smash bros game, bringing back and balancing every character back from previous titles as well as adding brand new ones and DLC too! It also brings back a fair amount of the sweaty Melee gameplay, making it perfect for tournaments. The only real fault in the game are the spirits which aren't nearly as fun to collect as trophies and the adventure mode relies on them so it's really weak to me but the focus is on the excellent multiplayer game, so it doesn't bother me too much

The greatest game of all time. The best soundtrack, visuals (fight me), aesthetic, tone, characters, settings, story, gameplay, dungeons, it really has it all, culminating into this masterpiece of a game! Even the motion controls were fun, if gimmicky. The ability to change into a wolf were unfortunately underpowered and underutilised, but still varied the gameplay well and built on the story in certain parts to be entertaining. Definitely going to revisit this again for the 12th time at some point.

Honestly, it's very overrated, the first 3 dungeons as child Link are really dull and feel like a drag to the narrative, only past that does it feel like a good Zelda game. Aesthetically however I think it is very charming, holding that blocky nostalgia I love about N64 games. Also water dungeon best dungeon, as it actually feels like a challenge, even if the iron boots drag it out (no pun intended)

One of the better remakes that the series has had, however isn't my cup of tea. The attempt at a non-linear game is quite confusing and doesn't go well with a linear story. 100%ing is a chore and despite character design being brilliantly stylised, the lack of any facial animations for NPCs really spoils the aesthetic.

A brave new step for the series, reinventing the open world and being the model for all future open worlds to come, whether Zelda or not. A little overrated, as there is far less classic Zelda charm, isolating it from the rest of the series and loosing it's magic on a full play through.

An alright but half-baked bond game, using the same graphics from GoldenEye: reloaded, being dated and over-saturated. The story isn't as strong as the films of origin or the GoldenEye remake as it was fairly rushed, fracturing them as flashbacks. The split screen is a step up from GoldenEye on Wii but the online was dead on arrival.

An almost perfect Mario Kart game, only missing the mark with a pathetic battle mode. Still a revolutionary title, bringing the series into HD, having the best damn soundtrack, introducing DLC and much more.

Another fun multiplayer Mario game, but not reaching the same heights (or depth) as 3D world. you can play the other games and not see a difference besides slight graphical improvement.

2 stars is generous. While the visuals are the stand out in this game, the motion controls are horrific and unfun and every corner you turn your annoying companion explains the theory of relativity to you. As a visual novel it's fine but as a game it flops.

The best Just Dance. The best selection of songs, unbroken gameplay and satisfyingly exhausting.

A really fun tech demo that utilises the gamepad in fun ways (shocking, I know). Very fun when played with others, a bit bland when you play solo.

A meagre mario party that falls pretty flat and barely uses the gimmick of the console and everyone on a car defeats the point of everyone competing to win. The minigames are still the stand-out though.

An extremely overrated title that has the worst graphics and balancing in the series by far that I just can't get over, feeling like a more lifeless version of Double Dash. No idea why people adore this game so much

By far the best Mario Kart experience of all the games, bringing forward the most beautiful graphics and best controls which are dated on the older ones. Brilliant tracks, polishing off the retro tracks and creating new and creative ones with even more coming too! Always a blast with others, whether you play a grand prix or battle mode, which has been drastically overhauled from it's predecessor.
