What an amazing DLC this is. One of the best thing fromsoft ever puts out. From the great level design, great art direction, and also some really hard but great bosses.

The sense of exploration in this DLC might be on par or even better than the base game. Also after understanding more about elden ring open world design, now most of the time i can navigate through the world by myself without checking guides or youtube. One small coriddor or one small hidden wall can lead to a big beautiful area. Also scadutree fragments is a cool mechanic to level up because scadutree fragments encourage you to explore the world and search every nook and cranny.

The art direction without a doubt is the best out of everything fromsoft ever done. From the field of blue flower and to the most beautiful place in all elden ring and all fromsoft games, the shaman village with the music and the peaceful atmosphere it has.

The bosses in this DLC are something else. I beat all of them without summon and it's a fun but frustrating experience. Especially the final boss. Took me about 5-6 hours to beat that fucker but i finally beat it with 1 hp left and i was screaming my lungs out. But dodging the final bosses attacks when you finally understands it makes you feel like you are a god gamer.

I would say though that the biggest problem that soulslike game faces is the camera. Please fromsoft fix camera system next game.

But well what can i say? Fromsoft never miss. Hidetaka Miyazaki is the GOAT of the GOAT.
