A wholly unique take on a fighting game, being turn-based allows for the kinds of fights that you'd only imagine or see in Flipnote animations. Obviously a proper matchmaking system and some ways to ease players into the experience would help, but the core gameplay was cool enough for me to ignore being pulverised for my first few matches.

It's brain training, plain and simple, but it does feel like wasted potential. Could've benefited from more minigames, more unlockables, more activities, etc. As of now, it feels pretty bare-bones after playing for a few weeks.

Genius kojimbo does it again

A quintessential game, with a story that'll have you thinking about it atleast once a month. I do find the controls drag the game down a little sometimes, though it's not an active hindrance and you get accustomed to it with enough gameplay.

If you play this game regularly, it's possible you have self-respect issues. /j

Hehe funny moe man shaking light saber like he strait jerkin it

It's undeniably an arcade-first game, but Sega was really cooking when it came to car games. At first playthrough you might get by with only 3 or 4 passengers, but slowly you learn how to drift, dash and stop effectively, and it's strangely engrossing. Soon you're dashing between traffic, drifting through corners, and finishing with an S rank and a new high-score.

Packed with content despite being just a 3DS game without feeling bloated. Granted, the control scheme is unconventional and YMMV. Nonetheless a very fun 3rd person shooter with lots of different weapons/abilities, and it goes alongside the great story with fun, charming characters and cool levels.

Nintendo remembered they can actually make good 2-D Mario games and got off their asses after like 14 years.

It's pretty much Spider-Man 1 but with cooler gameplay (and a slightly worse story depending on who you ask).

An essential game that is timeless in many ways. The fact that I first played it 13 years after release and I still found some parts of the game very innovative should speak for itself.

It may be instrumental in creating one of the most popular series in Nintendo history but this game just sucks to play lmao

If you like Spider-Man, you've probably already played this game.

Remedy has created something special here, and you can tell they put lots of thought and care into it.

Driving around Mexico is very fun, the graphics are very nice, and the gameplay is pretty good 👍

Story aside, the gameplay within the sandbox environment is really fun and lends itself to great gameplay moments, whether you're sneaking around in a box, driving over enemy soldiers, mowing down reinforcements with a machine gun, sniping from afar using tranquilizer darts, and more. I'd argue it's the best MGS game in gameplay.
