Quit after the genre shift. Nope. Didn't feel good enough.

Maybe I'm too old for social links now. Shut up kids! Let's fight!!

The most mid game I played for 50 hours and forgot most of. I do remember never being happy with the difficulty settings - fiddled with those all the way through it. Never felt right.

Not as good as I wanted it to be! Should've ended an act earlier.

A guilty pleasure, in that I am ashamed of this game, but God, nothing plays like Borderlands.

I really gave this a shot. Really, really. It had been rehabbed. People liked it now. Maybe it would this time?

Nope - made it to Gran Pulse, played about 20 minutes, then spat on it, un-installed, never looking back. This game sucks, the mechanics suck, the visual design sucks, the characters suck, and oh god does the story ever suck. It is as trite and obvious and tedious as the most C-grade anime, but with a budget larger than some universities. I cannot believe people defend this, but also, maybe I just want... Like, anything to cling to? Something here? And there's nothing but slick, metal designs, for no one, and nothing. Dreck, through and through.

Absolute fantastic music, though. It's got that going for it.

It just...doesn't stop being generic. And under that light, I couldn't fall into any of the character arcs. Too much to ask, for a game with a sorta middling design to combat and even the menus. Why am I picking up shiny junk anyways!! STOP

Does one ever really finish Dead Cells?

Kinda boring after the first half, especially as the combat never felt good, or never got better. But man, that village music is a bop.

By the time this one wrapped up, I had got the whole story. I understood the tricks of it, all of it, and sorta hated it for hiding it. Like, bro, I saw Jacob's Ladder too, when I was 14. I also thought it'd be cooler with a samurai.

Grew to dislike this one. The story fell apart towards the end, or at least lost its edge. Compared to the other mainline SMT games, this felt like fanfiction? And it had the tone down so well, so early. Just couldn't stick the landing.

Ended up hating this, mostly for the story and characters, who pulled me in for the first 10 hours. Then - I just got tired of the monestary stuff. The combat? Still great.

Thank God there are a million SNES games, all translated, and buried in some roms folder on this very device. And they could easily be on your device too! Be the change you want to see in Fire Emblem.
