It's not as good as it could have been, and the story is a rushed mess, but the exploration is really fun and kept me playing without breaks. Even with it's shortcomings there's a lot to enjoy. Similar to Assassin's Creed you can have fun picking the map apart of all the little collectibles and side quests.

It's a pretty good platformer to watch your cousin play in the 90's, not so much to play it yourself and realize how stiff the controls are.

It's a classic of classics, but as for having an excuse to sit down and play it now unless you're a speedrunner, not a chance.

A pretty amazing game for the time it came out, the map screen and the varied worlds were pretty cool. Much better than "2".

Falling bricks...
Falling falling falling...
Falling bricks...

I know it's a product of it's time and all that, but i'm not a fan of how stiff it is to play.

I don't like this game, i don't like to pick up vegetables and throw them, and i don't like key monsters. Away with ye.

It's a really good classic megaman game, it improves on the first one in every single way and is as simple as it needs to be.

It's raw but i still think it's a decent game, it's simplicity is it's charm point.

More of a good thing, now with the ability to slide.
There's a bit of a filler with the second wave of stages, but still a good game.

The introduction of a bunch of series staples like the charged shots, two castles, fakeouts, etc. The robot masters start getting really wacky. I remember it being rather difficult.

Pretty much the same game as 4 but slightly more difficult. It had some neat stages but it's not very memorable, sandwiched in between all the other titles.

Logically this game should be where NES fatigue hits the hardest, but they managed to make this one memorable with the fun to use transformations.
I think it's a great send-off to the NES games, a slightly easier game which feels like a "reward" for beating the more difficult ones.

Mario doesn't have a medical license and doesn't know what he's doing.

It gets old super fast but if you were a kid with a zapper you'd easily have the time of your life for like 10 minutes
