My All Achievements/100% Collection

Since Nintendo doesn't use achievements, their games will be added at the bottom of the list based on whether I've gotten a 100% mark in-game. Otherwise, all games I either have "100% achievements" for on Xbox, or the "Platinum" trophy on Playstation. I've tried to put them in timeline order (earliest to most recent), with Nintendo still separated of course.

100%-d a second time while I was waiting for a 100GB game to install
Had to use a stress ball to beat Chapters 9 and 7C. Never raged so hard at a game.
DLC additions made conquering the last of the base game achievements a lot easier.
7 hours grinding Silver Knights. 9 hours grinding for Vertebrae in the Catacombs. Nameless King on NG++. 4 separate spreadsheets for collectathon achievements. Never again for the love of God
Easiest to 100% of the trilogy but still a lot of planning and grinding.
After beating this game, I said to myself I would 100% it, which set me on a course to 100% every Souls game. If only I knew what I was getting in to :,(
Had to do so much routing because of Character and World Tendencies. Thank god duping exists or I would've had to go to NG+++
Lot of boring multiplayer grinding but campaign and DLCs were straightforward as there are no difficulty based achievements.
Easiest Souls game to 100% by far.
Pretty ashamed of this one ngl
I am like, 80% sure that I did everything there was completion-wise
Reloaded a save during the final boss and still managed to get the "Out Of The Blue" achievement lmao
Don't have all achievements, but do have the "100% campaign" achievement
Final boss on Inferno made me want to kms
Xbox One version with 12 achievements. I hope 5-4 gets killed by 5 turret guys
Not as bad as the other ones. Had to fight Sword Saint Isshin 3 times though (on NG+++ no less)
The Lilypad level....
This game is so good I've 100%-d it 4 times
I wanted to say I had done literally everything in this game so I also got max level in Balloon World
The tutorial speed run achievement is harder than the entirety of Master difficulty
