Although it has a lot more mechanics than the previous, this game falls short in other ways, with odd character interactions, lackluster executions and a twist seen from space the only reason this game gets a 3 is the inclusion of the Ultimate Gamer

Give me a dark fantasy anyday and the masterful blending of the familiar Final Fantasy hallmarks with a more serious plot and some spectacular set pieces to show that Final Fantasy is ready to hang with the big kids

Why is it so common for Otome games to involve most of the party to be dead? What is so tantalizing about a romance blooming in purgatory? The art style is nice, there are some very interesting dynamics between some characters but the Heroine left a lot to be desired.

A PERFECT sequel, it takes what people loved from the first one and interates on it. Darker story is always a yes in my book. The only thing I didn't like was some things from BOTW being shockingly missing.

Alola is a fun region but Z moves aren't it. Oddly enough my favourite mechanic was giving my pokemon beans to make them happy, healthy and strong. Solgaleo was a nice Legendary and the arc you go through to get them is very narratively fullfilling but they tried to change the formula and it missed most it's marks.

Unpopular opinion: the hamster ball levels are my favourite levels of all time. Stick Crunch in that ball and let's fucking go! I love how to get to the true ending you need to find the hidden paths to get the special levels but that final boss is a cheap-shot taking bastard

This was so fun! One of the last games that came out on the 3ds and showed a strong ending for the console. Being able to make your own map on the touch screen as you explore is the best use of the touch screen as a mechanic ever full fucking stop. The ability to mix characters from the 3 big persona games (sorry 1 and 2 maybe someday you'll get your time in the sun) was also great and made you want to mess around with your team .

Yoko Taro is a genius who knows EXACTLY how to scratch that itch of a philosophical quandary of what it means to be human, and if you need a reason to be alive. This is the Morose shit I love.

Its a Fate/Stay Night cooking mama-esque game where you play the three main women being taught cooking tips and tricks from Shiro. If you want the fanservice of other Fate properties you're not gonna get it here, this is more food porn than anything else.

Don't get me wrong, I love Aqua, but this wasnt a game, this was a demo for the Kingdom Hearts 3 engine. Plus the things it wanted from you to complete it was asnine or annoying at best. The fact I need to play it again to get my trophies back hurts my soul

The game that got me into RPGs. This blew my child brain apart having a morality system thst affected the way the game progressed and how other characters in the game saw you. A real tour de force even if the identity of the protagonist was not really a twist.

This was an adorable game combining community management with a roguelike. I was far better at the community management than the roguelike so I had a fully maxxed community before the third boss but it was still a fun time overall

Holy shit, thank god I wasnt playing on Playstation and getting trophies. Just to play the entire "story mode" playing each song once (and the FFXVI DLC) took me 25 hours. With all that I only did around 60% of the game. The choices of which characters from each game to add was interesting, with a good amount of notible characters not getting the Theatrhythm chibi treatment but if I could change 1 thing: instead of doing a bunch of DLC of non-final fantasy properties, since im paying for the FFXVI content, give me some chibi 16 characters. I want a Little Clive!

One of the pillars of the Persona games, as I get older the struggles the teens go through get more uncomfortable but it jogged and opened the door for the Persona Spin offs. Also Marie is mid, I said it.

I love a good Rhythm game and the persona games are a delightful romp through teenagers killing God through the power of Friendship, with persona 4 focusing on Powerhouse Chad Yu Narukami; but this game left a lot to be desired. The trophies weren't too tedious to get for the platinum but someone on the team clearly had a BDSM fetish because the amount of girls getting tied up (often Teenagers which is a whole other level of fucked up) was a bit ridiculous
