A solid action Metroidvania that's not as tight and interesting as a lot of the top tier games in this genre.

It's still a good time and its short play time makes it easy to recommend for a solid weekend game. It looks good, the collectibles and enemies are solid. Save points and fast travel spots are a little scarce when collectible hunting that makes it a bit of an annoyance when near the end but it's a minor inconvenience more than anything.

F.I.S.T. is a good option if you're looking for something new to play in the genre. It looks good, it has some charm. It's a solid alternative to the best of the best. But only if you've played the best already.
