Massively ahead of its time. It’s funny, insanely well written, charming and full of heart. One of the best RPGs of all time.

Like the jetstream sam DLC, there’s a lot of reused content. But there’s a brand new boss with a unique theme and tbh playing as blade wolf can be quite fun.

But this DLC probably has the worst mission in the entire game (DLCs included) where you have to do tight plat forming with a character who is obviously not supposed to do plat forming.

It’s like fine I guess

A lot of reused content and tbh I don’t think Sam controls as well as raiden or even wolf. Plus the VR missions are just evil.

I don’t really care about a fast paced racing game that hates you for going fast. Easily my least favourite of the three new modes added. This is probably the first game I’ve ever played to make me feel bad about fans of an entirely separate game, though.

2015

MMOs usually have stories that focus on a countless number of people from a bunch of different races all living in harmony or something. Trove is a unique exception, because it’s story is about a dead, lifeless world and that’s exactly what it feels like when playing.

A real shame because Trove has the potential to be a very interesting game (and it was at one point apparently). I just wish it wasn’t owned by the MMO hostage company.

Katana zero is like one of those games that’s just insanely fun from start to finish. Even though the story sections in between each mission can drag on a bit (what I mean by that is that the game has some moments where it’s like “walk over to cabinet hold x then walk back”) can get a tad bit tedious it’s not as if you can’t skip those on repeat playthroughs. The dev team has meticulously crafted an insanely replayable and tight game that I can play time and time again that also looks and sounds fantastic. I cannot wait for this games DLC whenever it comes out.

I’m in the small percentage of people who did not care for the first Ori game when I played it. I do, however, like this game. It’s so obviously derivative of Hollow Knight without really doing much else though. At points I just felt as if I’d rather be playing that game. Hollow Knight isn’t as fast but it’s got its own well developed world, history and characters, whereas Ori 2 only has some of that. Ori 2 just kind of takes the charm system from that game without innovating on it whatsoever. I don’t have a problem with the borrowed mechanics but is changing things up too much to ask for? Nevertheless it’s a good game despite a lot of unfortunate technical hiccups when I played it.

It’s a very simple and bland version of games like Among Us or DBD (which are already pretty easy to understand and simple). Nothing about this game makes it very notable but it only barely gets a pass because glitches are funny to find with friends I guess.

The heartgold standard for Pokemon games (get it) and remakes in general. Still holds up insanely well.

It was a little under ok. The characters are fine. The card system was an alright way to make the play styles more unique, but it’s kinda shallow. If implemented into another game in a better way then it would be a game changer, but it’s not that. Either way paladins is just a less polished Overwatch which was already a poorly thought out but polished shooter that is derivative of other games without doing much.

Anyway back to paladins tldr it’s kinda mid

if this is your favourite final fantasy game then you are a scholar who appreciates fine art.

can’t he just fly over the puzzles

is it fair for me to rank this like I would any other game? It’s a good time killer ig with a lot of heart put into it but these games are never really for me. That’s why I’m not gonna put a star rating here. Feels like a tech demo. Without anything like a reason to build a town I can’t really care much.

Fun roguelite with an excellent difficulty curve. While the game does get incredibly hard, it also helps you and rewards you for pushing forward.
