I honestly preferred Colour Splash, it's better than Sticker Star but that goes without saying

it's fun and extremely impressive for something that was made in a week (especially considering it was the team's first 3d project). They killed it with the aesthetic, this looks and sounds like an n64 game BUT I don't like collectathons so I will not be finishing it

it's fine, it's still Pokemon so the core gameplay is still good but I have so many problems with this game. The constant yapping got so annoying so quickly, most Pokemon games have a slow start but the first hour or two of this game is literally just dialogue. I don't mind lots of dialogue in games as long as they're yapping about something interesting but the story of this game is not that good (apparently the original sun and moon had a better story and they ruined it in this version but I haven't played them so idk) and the characters are mostly bland and uninteresting. On top of the constant yapping there is constant handholding and the difficulty in this game is non-existent I only blacked out once throughout my entire playthrough and honestly I'm embarrassed that I died even that one time. The game is too long as well by the last 5-7 hours I was pretty sick of the game and just wanted to finish it. Despite how critical I am of it, Pokemon Ultra Sun is not a bad game, like I said before the gameplay is still good Pokemon gameplay and it has other positives too. I like Alola, the new Pokemon it introduces are great and the region itself is cool I like the tropical island vibes and while I personally didn't like the trials I know a lot of people do and I can respect them for going with something different here instead of just gyms again. The game just has a few annoying issues that bring it down but even with those it's still decent.

Short and sweet like most Kirby games. This game has one of the best artstyles I've seen in a SNES game everything looks like it was coloured with crayons in the best way possible. The level design is great like usual and the copy abilities aren't as good in this game as other entries but the animal friends are dope.

This was my first Pokemon game and as someone who had only played Pokemon Go and wasn't sure if I'd be into the mainline games I WAS HOOKED, as of writing this review I have 94 hours in the game and honestly I wish it was longer. I love Unova, even if it's extremely linear it was fun to explore for the first time and introduced some of my favourite Pokemon. (Also shoutout to my old friend who sold me this for $5 for drug money because the prices of this game on eBay are DISGUSTING)

what the fuck was that difficulty spike at the end

Massive improvement upon the first game and one of my favourite nes games. My only issue is that it kind of overstays its welcome, some of the later levels aren't very good imo but overall the game is great and better than contrarian backloggd nerds claim

This was a very cool shooter I like how instead of taking damage traditionally, enemies knock you back and you can only die by falling in the void I haven't really seen this concept in any other games that I can recall. This game's biggest weakness was probably the bosses, there were a few that were okay but most were pretty bad, the highlight of this game were the levels ( EXCEPT THE WATER ONE, FUCK THE WATER ONE )

This game is incredible and I cannot recommend it more. The gameplay is extremely fun with one of the best battle systems in any game I've ever played, the story is both emotional and interesting with lovable, memorable characters throughout, and the humour is hilarious. No other primarily text-based games have made me both laugh out loud and cry.

I don't get the hype behind this one. Maybe it's because I didn't grow up with it but I don't think it's aged very well. Would never play this over the Gamecube Mario Parties

"What if we took the first mario game added barely anything except for making the textures uglier and the gameplay unfair" as someone who's played the first game to death I like the challenge but from a game design perspective this is pretty bad
