Games that are meaningful to me personally. Not all masterpieces, some deeply flawed, but that have stuck with me.

I played this (my partner watching and commenting) in March 2020 just after we'd both lost our jobs. It was such a strange, surreal experience. But it made this game so important to me.
Hard to talk about Undertale after it became such a cultural juggernaut, but really it is a game about love. (And also sick tunes).
Easily put more hours into this game than any other by a long mile. It has helped me survive some difficult times, and always feels like coming home. It's a hard game to learn, but mastering the gameplay loop is so satisfying.
