AND FINALLY im all caught up.. so far
Im still firmly on the grounds tht i like these games and tht you guys lied to me when you said it was the worst shit ever made. I think that while this fourth one pushes everything forward narratively still and the puzzles are still diff.. I think i enjoyed the tone and tension of the 3rd game's ending more!!

I think the sheriff is great and tht we're really at the crux of all these characters reflecting on how the parent is going further down in the levels of banban kindergarten, i rly liked hearing all his reactions and thoughts on the other monsters and doing the puzzles with Opila's kid which i frequently refer in conversation to as Opiod Baby or Opiod Addict Babe
OB and The Sheriff and Mr Kabob Man are the most chill allies i think the player's ever possibly had since theyre the only three characters that havent just tried to kill you,
The train segment is also pretty cool i loved how the lighting made it look way more offputting too
I think that the stuff with Bittergiggle and Queen Bouncelia rlly puts a lot of the previous shit to culmination though because of what goes on with OAB at the end, but ALSO there's a much bigger picture around Zolgius the big withered wojak tht u see around in the 2nd and 3rd chapters
Like i wasnt expecting the turtlelizardfuckazoid and zolgius AND bittergiggle and now kittysaurus to be a huge group going up against banban's group
I think that there's a lot of similarities between these groups with how they wish they were able to perform their function but also i think its really interesting how Banban was never amnesiac or anything about who he is with the twist with him being Uthman
Like he genuinely loved the concept of being the perfect mascot teacher, and theyre not gonna die fast either like theyre apparently made to last with all this clay and shit and the givanium..
It makes me wonder if there's going to actually be a happy ending to all of this or if there's something very sad thts going to happen at the tail end of this adventure..
I also ofc have my own theories!! Like the captain rlly doesnt TALK but he's not nonverbal and prone to anger fits more than josh... or even close to josh really
hes just chillin
which makes me think that he originally was someone very important, OR he was made completely out of clay and from scratch and thats why hes like that
in the second game you find a lot of the bodies around of givanium test subjectst that are pretty much ALL the same body shape and everything too, i think this captain MIGHT be the parent's kid thts mutated or maybe knows the location of the kid
either way banban 4 is dope and you all lied to me, or maybe you didnt and im just the very specific type of neurodivergency to actually give a lot of fucks about any of whats happening right here.... hm!

final thoughts: i was so busy being a slut i took like maybe an hour and a half on the "spot the difference" puzzle
the sheriff ABSOLUTELY is the most competent and strong staff member in the game
nabnab is such a bitch
i feel like seline should be due for some more scenes by the time chapters 5 or 6 roll out?? like shes appeared in stinger flynn flashbacks and theyre tight but i feel like apart from the one segment she really hasnt done very much :( shes so chill
also opila is the goat
stinger flynn rocks

5 is definitely gonna not be a direct chapter sequel but maybe within some kinf of flashback with how much text is changed in some screenshots

very interesting >:)

also to the like 4 or 5 of u out there tht may or may not be readin this, u are fools!!!!! i didnt need to play choo choo charles at all i saw nabnab negotiate with a satanic entity just on basis alone tht they were also a spider though

proving tht nabnab is still the one and only resident evil lightskin biracial of the garten of banban franchise

edit: this is now the 800th video game ive finished

I have like 300 hours on this

The best Pikmin game by far, it's so much fun and the caves are actually really fun for me this time. will say it does feel that the game is very hand holding for a lot of the times, even a difficulty setting would solve this problem for me, still peak tho.

Now this might sound kinda crazy but i actually tried Shadow Of The Colossus first and didnt really like it at all, i was constantly confused and lost and thought climbing felt like shit, never even found anything to fight.

Years later I actually got to play ICO and I think I shouldve had this as my first impression of the kind of games this developer makes... I really liked ICO

The bloom lighting gives this game an ethereal type of effect, everything about the characters i feel is represented well in the gameplay, in even the boy's swordplay skills sort of getting Better and Better as you fight through these creatures trying to seize Yorda's power

I think that for being based around a whole kingdom in one location, there is a lot of nice variety for a puzzle platformer going on here. You got your standard faire of switches and pulleys and shit yea yea yea but you also got bomb stuff and pressure plate things, there'll be times when you need to make a figurative and literal leap of fate

I also think the soundtrack in this game, while not something that has me banging my fuckin head amped or feeling sadness wash over me, i think is incredibly fitting. I think ICO's atmospheric music and the mystifying sounds that accompany it with the basic tinkering of machinery throughout the castle and the wind that blows strong really add to your immersion

so why exactly is the little cozy happy doodlefart song that plays when you sit and save on the couch my favorite song in the game LMFAOFNRJSKWGNKJHHJNE

I think this is absolutely an impressive game on all fronts, the story is more organically unfolded as you play more of it while also still conveying some details through brief moments of dialogue here and there.

final thoughts: it's unfortune to say that I actually didnt get to beat the final boss in this game because my save had been corrupted while moving files on the computer i was playing it on. This happened to me a couple years ago with Cubivore and it happened again with this :/ but the fact tht im speaking so highly of how nice of an experience it was from the start to the unfortunate finish i reached, should speak volumes
It's a relatively short game too, in the grand scheme of things if u know what youre doing and youre good at puzzles you could probably beat it in like 2 or 3 hours
so yea
Ill be playing shadow of the colossus later this year most likely since ICO softened me up with having more direct objectives, controls, etc

Ehhh...I still couldn't get myself to enjoy this one. It suffers from a lot of the same problems as Sticker Star and Color Splash. There's slightly more character depth and the levels in this one are well designed, but the battle system doesn't do it for me. Still continues to have too many flaws and the hidden Toads/not-bottomless holes were much better than the white spots from Color Splash. Partners kinda came back...but it's only a tiny step up. Dialogue is good as always and the boss battles are actually pretty fun. It's a decent Mario game but not as amazing experience as it could have been.

This game was super cute from start to finish! Though I did not enjoy the RPG combat system (for this game specifically), I had fun with most of it. I knew that I was too emotionally invested in the story when Bobby died and I put the game down for 3 months to cure my depression. I'm not sure if I'd ever play it again but it was fun for what it was.

We're gettn' outta the schools terrible wifi with this one boy's

You can have your favourite iconic gaming characters fight against each other, test their strength, speed and movesets in a 1V1 or team battle. Smash Ultimate is the most recent title in the franchise, having the biggest roster in any smash game ever! That's not to mention it's huge selection of stages, soundtracks and gamemodes. Smash Ultimate has addicting platform fighting gameplay which makes you want to keep playing for hours and hours. Smash can be highly competitive but also great for casual play with it's wide selection of modes. From online ranked play to the offline world of light adventure mode Super Smash Bros Ultimate has something for everyone! It's a game that will forever hold a special place in my heart. 10/10.

The Last of Us Part 2 is a masterpiece in the world of gaming. The storytelling is unparalleled, drawing players into a deeply emotional and thought-provoking narrative that keeps you hooked from start to finish. The character development is exceptional, making you care deeply about every character's journey. The gameplay is a perfect blend of intense action, stealth, and exploration, providing a thrilling and immersive experience. The level design is breathtaking, with every location telling its own story. It's definitely a big step up from the first game in gameplay. The attention to detail is staggering, from the decaying landscapes to the beautiful wilderness. The soundtrack deserves its own praise, as it enhances the emotional impact of every moment. The voice acting is top-notch, truly bringing the characters to life. The Last of Us Part 2 is more than just a game, it's a work of art that will stay with you long after you've completed it. Naughty Dog has raised the bar for storytelling in video games, and this is an experience that every gamer should play.

I have no idea how anyone can dislike this game, yes Joel's death is sad and still hits hard today but that shouldn't be the reason to hate the game. 5 Stars!

My girlfriend forced me to play this.

Insanely soulless game, almost the virtual equivalent of slop made for streamers
the trap in the rainbow road section gave me like 20 different types of cancer and its only purpose is to be "le troll trap so epic!!!!111111" because the rest of the game really isn't hard, especially using slowmo, the tediousness comes from how long it is and how much progress you can lose by falling
