The fifth pantheon is a nightmare with 90% of the bosses beeing "filler" i consistantly did up to NKG no fail, but always failed in abs rad or pure vessel with each run up to 40+min this pantheon is an journey apart. you literally have to study the bosses and master them, dying in anything past markoth or gpz hurt your soul but by the end even pure vessel will be pathetic, but dying to abs rad is even worse my god... i love this game but i will not come back to this pantheon NEVER AGAIN.
10/10 dlc. 10/10 game.

Despite the terrible controllers, it aged like a fine wine...
The story is lighthearted and funny. The graphics are pretty good to the point of inumerous indie games still taking inspiration until now.
The characters are adorable, the scenarios are welcoming and relaxing, and the interconnected "metroidvania like" map makes this game an underrated gem. You can even make your own builds in this game. Definitely a unique game...
I am happy to finally played it and finished it. This already makes me sad that Capcom abandoned this franchise...
Looking forward the sequel.

For the time Mass Effect 1 was launched it in 2007 was a pretty impressive game, mostly for the history choices, graphics and lore. i played it on legendary edition remaster, And all i can say is that, i should played it earlier because none of that is impressive anymore and the game felt a bit mid overall but nonetheless i enjoyed the story and characters...
Good game.

Solid game, not my favorite resident evil entry, but it has its peak moments...
It was the first RE with tank controls i've played, and i gotta say, man that control scheme was pretty terrible.
Its so frustrating to simply trying to run the other way or aim in one specific direction... in a fight with nemesis on the clock tower and also the grave digger fight, i almost dropped the game, i don't even know how i passed it to be honest but I was extremely enraged...
but when you get the hang of it, its actually well balanced..
the parts where you can choose what Jill should do, are interesting too.
Good game.

My first Ys game, and i have to say i really liked it.
There are definitely some problems of polishing in gameplay and graphics, but the story and characters are so good that compensate every flaws this game has.
The ingredient farming formula is really annoying IMO. But in some games can be relaxing... like this one, also the fishing is easy too which i like it.
I would say this is a good entry game to the series, but as i stated it's the first one i've played so idk.. I was introduced to this universe and discovered that all Ys games has the same protagonist and that's why i don't understand some connections he has with some of the castaways, of course you can deduce it by the context so is not a problem at all... but none of them actually picked my attention like the main 6 cast or even other castaways... which brings me to the main rant: WHY CAN'T I DATE LAXIA GAME WHY?....

Overall, a good game.

After finishing it, I understand more of what people can love about this game, still is not a game I can say its fun, specially when all the movement it's up to you to discover... do yourself a favor and search the movement and tips online (fuck five pebbles btw, the worst area in any video game I've ever played.) discovering everything alone is not rewarding enough to stand the frustration.
One thing that this game does that is indisputably good is the immersion, you fight for your life like you would in real life... also the OST is good too. But that's about it. IMO this game is good but not the masterpiece that people say it.
Expect good ideas in a game extremely frustrating and full of unfair shit.

the ending is amazing and a bit scary if you have thalassophobia tho...

I can see why this game was praised when its released, but it did not aged well at all, some missions are straight up torture like the one you jump from roof to roof with a motorcycle or the one race with Hilary or the one to collect weapons to Phil...
the great majority of problems come from camera controls and NPC placements, i lost the count of how many times a cop spawned BEHIND me and instantly bust Tommy its infuriating...
despite all that frustration its a good game.

Pretty good game. I got bad and normal ending but I will pass on the true and hard mode ones... i tried hard mode but couldn't pass the core so I restarted on normal and finished. But i gotta say its hard even on normal specially the end.
The story is actually pretty damn good, the graphics and the OST are good too.
Mad respect for this awesome precursor in indie games scenery.

A fantastic old gem, it has almost everything a good platform game should have, with great unique mechanics and level design.
The graphics are beatiful for the ps1 era. Amazing soundtrack and art direction.
This game is a solid timeless gem. the dificulty curve goes from none to decent just by the end of the game, with the final vision beeing the real challange of the story.. as for the The Tower of Balue being the biggest challange of the game.. but none is too hard. is a relaxing experience overall.

idk if people that praise this game parkour have really played it.. it is THE WORST parkour in the series, visually is the smoothest but in gameplay is atrocious. mf do 10 more steps to something that was done in 3 in older titles... looks like michael scott doing parkour. also everything else is the same shit as always with a mediocre story. was a mid game in launch and still a mid game up to this date.

That was the first DQM I've played.
The monster collection of this game is different from other series, like Pokémon for example, as they are more about fusing them instead of capturing, you still can capture them, but the stronger monsters are obtained in fusion (synthese).
The combat aspect of the game is weird you can give them commands, but the game basically wants you to just let them fight, this is better seeing in the arenas, where you literally just set a role for each of your monsters then pray for them to not spam normal attacks, and also in some tougher fights, as they tend to heal and buff in better timing than commanded before the enemy moves. You can trust your monsters for the great majority of the game.
The story is meh but is not bad... something this game does that really is bad, is the "illusion of choice", there are times the protagonist do some choices invalidating the ones you make. Other things intervein and all result in the same outcome... it doesn't matter what you choose the game will do what it wants, you are not rewarded or punished in any way. I know that one is a classic in DQ games but it's specially annoying in this one, for the nature of the protagonist is different.
The soundtrack is classic DQ stuff, although there are some I did not heard before. But great as always.

And for the character design is where I say that, this was the main reason I've played this game... there is a reason why everything graphically related in this game sucks except the characters and monsters... only a legend could make such remarkable and amazing art. Seeing all those familiar creatures and characters, love their designs... that was my homage and my way to remember his work legacy, that is the way he will keep living through our memories, the inspiration and the will to create was already flourished in us fans, and will keep inspiring the new generations.

Thank You and rest in Peace, Akira Toriyama.

amazing gameplay, soundtrack and aesthetics. the story is ultra confusing and barely inexistent. but the goat gyat is real.

people should notice this game, it's really good.

such an amazing experience, the lovable cast of characters, the dark and full of foreshadowing story, the combat and balanced dificulty even on the hardest mode, the ost GOD DAMN THE OST!!!!!
I fucking loved this game. the only thing that holds in to 4.5/5 is that... the romance is not that good at all, it feels like you don't even know the other outside of the date event (wich is the same all the time)... it feels that the game shove some of the characters more than the others. I mean, i like Aigis but the way the game do her seems like she is the "intended" romance. I hope P6 gets better in this "aspect" of the game.

it was better than the base game until a forced grinding of community level with all quests being just terrible. couldn't do it too boring.
