Hands down one of the best games of all time, if not the best game of all-time. When looking at it in reverse I cannot really find one thing or component to the game that is bad. Of course it is not perfect but FF VII has some of the best and polished turn-based RPG combat/gameplay systems (materia, limits, leveling). The mechanics are simple at its core but can get much deeper depending on how much the player wants to fiddle around. Likely the best game soundtrack/score of all time. 10/10

Mario Wonder is a joy of a game. The thing that really stands out is the graphics/art style and sound design. Good enough to win my goty in all of those categories. The gameplay is pretty simple, but the variety in stages and enemies keeps the game fresh throughout. Some of my only complaints are the game is a tad too easy, even when going for 100% on levels and the end boss fight could have had some better design or mechanics. A contender for best game of 2023!

Not too bad to be honest, but not great either. I liked the Japan fighter the best as do most, and each fighter has their own weapons. The difficulty really ramps up on the last few stages where it is almost impossible to dodge incoming fire. Not a bad game. Pretty standard Vertical SCHMUP for the time.

First time going through this other than a few minutes here or there...If you use a map at the very least the game is pretty good. If you do not use a map or any guides then you are in for a miserable time. Revolutionary concept, music, and graphics for the NES and for the time. Would be almost perfect it was less difficult and less cryptic in design. Just a fun and rewarding game play experience.

Back in 2007 when this game first came out I was all fanboy'd out on FFVII and this game was like the second coming. Well I am still fanboy'd out on FFVII (might be the best game of all time) and this is pretty good. Does feel dated in a lot of places, has a somewhat corny story, not a lot of substance to it. The missions are repetitive and are basically just filler. The best part is the character development and story chapters and that ends up being a small portion of the game, as it is mostly playing the missions and grinding them. Plus the combat is nothing special either. As a fan of FFVII just playing this game does make me feel giddy and excited. It is a good prequel to a fantastic game.

8.5/10
B-Tier (higher in the tier close to an A-tier game)

I was suppose to revisit this in the summer to see if there were any updates...whoops I guess I forgot to do that this game is trash and a waste of $60...the small map deathmatch was fun, the other modes and maps are way too big, even for battlefield.

Game of the year candidate for 2021. Really expansive map/environment, lots of different events and online capabilities, lots of customization, and omg tons of cars. This is basically a CarPG game. Love it and amazing visuals as well.

I like it better than Marvel Spider-Man because the combat is slightly more varied, and the side content is done a little differently and is not as grindy.

Really enjoyable game, I wish there was less side content and more variation to the gameplay. The side content is a lot of doing the same thing over and over, and the combat is pretty similar every fight. There is a ton of content in the game and the game is gorgeous. It is so much fun to just swing around the city and do whatever you want. A really great open world action game.

(B Tier) (8/10)
Overall frustrated with this game and so torn. The gameplay is just pure fun and about as perfect as a team based shooter can get, but the rest of the game is so broken it detracts from the experience. The competitive system is completely broken, it takes about 10 HRS every week to make any battle pass progress, everything in the shop is way way overpriced, and all of the special events have been terrible. Every single system in OW1 was better, and blizzard is just scummy.

what can i say. when the first demon's souls came out i kind of put it to the side and was egg'd on by my cousin to give it a shot. From there it is history as that game although brutally hard was so addicting and amazing. They remade it even better and this game really holds up and truly looks stunning. This game spawn'd an entire new genre, and for me will go down as one of the greatest games ever made. Epic Bosses and this game will just eat away at your soul with the difficulty.

Fifa has been one of the sports games that seems to at least feel a little fresh every year, and always keeps me playing unlike say madden or NHL. My competitive sports gaming roots started with Fifa and I have played every release since Fifa 08. I agree that the game was better in years past (08-12), but Fifa is still fun to play and this version is good. They can definitely make improvements on the career modes, and Volta Football is a worthless mode to play. I play mostly Online.

Not horrible, but not great. More of the same every year. They force UT down your throat and the only way to compete there is to spend money on card packs.

This game is okay, I haven't like the general direction where the multiplayer in the series has gone/been going the last 6 or so years. Single Player campaign is decent, and honestly the best zombies mode there has been yet. I just don't play zombies much.

one of my all time favorites, likely my favorite game of all time/currently my favorite game of all time.
