i wonder if chung had seen 2046 prior to making this

Short, funny. Builds up expectations well enough within its brief runtime to make the final sequence giddily exciting. Games could use more Andalusian Dogs.

Like its companion piece Thirty Flights of Loving, this is a very pleasant micro-game that lingers in the imagination. I think I prefer Gravity Bone, though, because it's slightly more inventive and a bit less pretentious. Plus, it's free. If you like this sort of thing, check it out, because it's better than 95% of the popular indie narrative games you paid $15 for.

It was me! I can't believe I was the gravity bone the whole time!

It plays like a deliciously witty student film. If I had gone to college in 2008 this game would've been what I would've wished I had made.

Free dynamic Jazzpunk. It doesn't make much sense, but you can get an epic charge in 5 minutes)

Eww what is this game in 2022 eh... This is 2008 hmm well then good game

15 minutes of worse Jazzpunk, but I fucking love Jazzpunk

Prequel to "Thirty Flights of a loving" and just like that game I was left stupefied and befuddled by the entire ten minutes it takes to complete. These games are just straight up weird, but definitely my kind of weird. I even love that there's developer commentaries, although they aren't as revealing as I'd have hoped. This is still a student project level of quality, but one with imagination. I bet they grew up to be cool.

it's like a really satisfying short film, but in game form. looking forward to playing the followup some time soon.

Absolutely iconic. I’ve thought about this game constantly over the years after I first saw it on YouTube. It’s so strange and surreal yet it’s so dense for some reason. It’s a true enigma to me and I love it.

another one of those that got me into indie games
quite funny and different probably the best of one of the series

Wah wah wah wah wah?!
(TRANSLATION: "What the hell was that?!")

You go to a comedy open mic. A comedian gets up to the mic and deadpans an amazing joke. The comedian then immediately sits down.

Was that a great stand-up set?

This is a metaphor for Gravity Bone.

No mínimo intrigante. Eu ri duas vezes: a primeira vez que o passarinho explodiu e uma hora que o jogo crashou.

honestly think i preferred this to Thirty Flights Of Loving. it's cool!

when i die i hope i, too, recall the scene of michael corleone's italian bride getting car bombed. let's face
it, i won't have any real memories of my own.

Very cool! Managed to fit a large amount of intrigue into a very small package: As others said it feels a lot like a very inventive thesis film. Walking sims as a medium would be a hell of a lot better if they all let you jump around on every NPCs head like this one does.

An interesting experimentation on storytelling in videogames, but not much more than that. Also, it gave me insane motion sickness.

I recommend this and the sequel to people more enthusiastic about making games, people who just like playing them might not see much fun in it.

i remember seeing videos about this game way back when it was first released and after finally playing it myself after all these years, the game is still great! the style and atmosphere of it is amazing, the gameplay is simple but fun, the story is not clear but in a good way, addint some mystery to the experience, honestly this would be fantastic if it was a full game, the game is free and short and theres no reason to not try it out

Complete playthrough. An earlier game from Blendo Game, Gravity Bone shares the short length and oddball graphical style of Thirty Flights of Loving, but actually I found that I enjoyed it somewhat more. The game still jumps between scenes, but the events are more clearly defined, alongside having more interesting objectives and an enjoyable sense of humour throughout.

A deep inspiration to my own DIY instincts. Do not be stopped by deficits, make the deficits dance for you. Also stylish as fuck.

10 minute free game, an interesting concept and worth playing

an iconic indie that feels like a genuine short film. absolutely brimming with style, i think everyone needs to play it. super nostalgic to me.

Cool game I liked the ending sequence (was that the car blowing up scene from the godfather shown for like 2 seconds?!)
But the parkour bit was annoying
