More Tony Hawk's Underground with slightly better mechanics and a slightly worse story. Still great fun though! Beat on Sick! difficulty on Steam Deck.

A really fun town manager; mediocre roguelike. The game is just OKAY, maybe a bit more. Still really solid though and worth a try.

Game feels fucking impossible until you figure out the whole "Preemptively masking on cam flip" thing but after that the loop is really fun, even if most of the animatronics are pretty much the exact same

From the cover alone, you can probably already tell what you're in for with Little Kitty, Big City, and yes, it is exactly as charming, delightful, and obnoxiously cute as you want it to be.

That said, as ridiculous as it sounds, I did have some slight apprehension going into this, given what kind of game Stray was (or, in this case, was not).

Thankfully, underneath all the sweetness, there is a fun lil platformer to be found in Little Kitty, Big City and it's not merely a cute cat simulator where you run around doing cute cat things. I mean, it is very much that as well, but it's also a half-decent collectathon with some simple but engaging puzzles and side quests for the titular little kitty to embark upon.

Really, 'simple but engaging' is perhaps the best way to describe this game. It doesn't try to be anything more or less than it needs to be. The entire thing can be finished in less than 6 hours, and outside of some wonky catforming controls and animations, it holds your attention the entire way through.

With fun platforming, endlessly delightful little touches to the cat's behaviour and animations throughout, an upbeat, jazzy score and a delightful sense of humour, it's exactly the kind of game you need to take a break from the 50+ hour narrative-heavy, live-service AAA games that inhabit the space.

Sometimes you just want to reject modernity and embrace kitty.

7.5/10

To be fair, my memory of this game isn't fresh, but from what I remember, the game was just okay. I cant necessarily remember being enthralled watching the story unfold, but the game was decent despite that.

At first tried to play the Steam version, but my PC couldn't handle it. So I purchased the PS4 version and played it on my PS5. Once I got used to the combat, this game was a pure joy to play. The music constantly slapped, the story was great, and I loved to join my phantom thief friends for another adventure!

I think the quality-of-life additions of guaranteed weapons in your first loot crate and the ability to requeue without going to the lobby make this season itself a great one. On top of that, we got a strong and nicely designed character, some minor balance changes, and (in my opinion) a good battlepass.
Only a new map addition could top patches like this one.

it was fun, but nowadays the only people playing it are veterans that kill you without even taking a single damage. A cool community turned into a really toxic group. There's also the fact that some of the servers are pretty empty depending on what mode you're playing.

Played the Japanese version on PS5 with the ZeroField Team's overlay which contained their high-quality English fan translation back in 2021! Very much enjoyed the game!

I want to preface this by saying that I'm so glad I continued playing the series and specifically this entry. Even though I got the Master Collection, I was a little disappointed by the first entry and became reluctant to play the next game. Furthermore, when I began playing this game, it was a little boring, and I took a break from it midway through. There didn’t seem to be any sense of direction in the first part of the game, however, halfway in, the story gripped me. The way the theme of misinformation is explored by embracing the medium of video games to the fullest captivated me. I felt at times that the story was held back by the aged gameplay, but as the story progressed, so did its levels of awareness, going beyond its gameplay and becoming a story and experience about the subjectivity of truth and purpose. For me, the Metal Gear franchise started off on the wrong footing, but the latter half of Metal Gear Solid: Sons of Liberty was a beautiful adventure about love and espionage. Without spoiling anything, the more surreal approach this entry took profoundly resonated with me. The continued relevance of the story proves its ingenuity as a prophetic work ahead of its time. I look forward to playing the next one.

fun short vn, didn't really understand some of it I admit but the dynamic between the two leads was interesting and well depicted

Was DECENT until a certain point where progression got really annoying. Dropped it then and never turned back.

Finalmente entendi "what's the deal with those zelda games anyways"

yeah they knocked it out of the park with this one

Pretty cool game about the Republican National Convention, always nice to learn about the inner workings of our great nation 👍

I'm incredibly fond of Band Camp Boyfriend, and I bet any former band kid (or current band adult) would have a lot of fun with it! I was excited just to see a marching band game, but it's continued to surprise me with a fun cast even beyond the boyfriends, multiple endings per route, and lots of twists and turns. I extra recommend streaming it for your (college) marching band friends so you can yell about both the shared band experiences and some of the wild places BCB goes. We really want an Olive route :3

A nice short game to play over a few evenings. Fun and mysterious

Uno siempre vuelve donde fue feliz, para mi ese lugar es TF2

The world was infected with the Mikey virus and there was nothing they could do about it.

The best Monster Hunter game to date. From start to finish, the game (almost) never stops being exciting. The game has all the core aspects that makes MH fantastic, and elevates them beyond anything the series has ever seen. Gameplay is quick and unique, with each weapon providing a vastly different experience from the rest. Making builds can be tedious, but the fights are fun enough to distract from the grind. The story is whatever, but the monsters that support it are the best part. Iceborne is also one of the best DLC's that a game has ever received, with endgame material being absolutely amazing. Truly one of my favorite games of all time.

save state the video game

i kinda fell out of it a bit when it went from shooting up gangsters to raiding secret military laboratories but the story and the writing was still very cool and good :3 also loved how most everything in the environment was interactable, loved that

Gunplay was also fun but felt a bit clunky in some areas, as the game goes on alot of the enemies get spongier and spongier and their soo much more accurate then you, ill shotgun someone point blank in the stomach and they'll be just fine but they blast me from across the map with the same gun and kill me instantly, kinda felt a bit shitty at times.

Still pretty good but I'm looking forward to how the sequels improve upon the gameplay :3

Not as good as monster hunter world; a great and super fun monster hunter game. While I still enjoy world much much more than Rise, its hard to deny that this game is just a bunch of fun. It's not necessarily the most difficult game ever, so its very accessible to many people. Poorer graphics and low player count are some issues, as well as a DLC that isn't as cool as Iceborne. Overall it succeeds at being a good entry monster hunter game, but falls short at being fantastic.

Got a bit unfairly difficult towards the end, but the gameplay is fun enough to not make it rage inducing. A great story that keeps the small breaks in between interesting.

Mid-to-bad. But it has one of my favorite lobby systems in a game like this of all time, where everyone picks the character they want to play as both counselor and Jason and it randomly picks who plays the killer. Much prefer it over the ranked sweatlording of Dead by Daylight and Texas Chainsaw Massacre. Managed to maintain that party game feel even in public lobbies and that's no small feat.

Ca-li-for-nia girls, we're unforgettable...
