An incredible game with an incredible story that rivals its predecessor. I genuinely loved the mechanics of the game, with its talk of fourth dimensions and timeline traveling, as well as its complex escape rooms (although sometimes too complex). A big issue of mine was the transition from 2D sprites to 3D models. Most of the time it looked lifeless and unpleasing to look at. Other than that, I think this game has an incredible story strucutre, but I still think 999 is superior.

I fairly enjoyed this game. A nice double-genred game featuring an Animal Crossing-esque type of village simulator, and the other side being a hack and slash type of roguelike game. My favorite part of the game is the cult building. It's kind of addicting and time consuming but all the more satisfying when you get all the upgrades and buildings. The rougelike part I'm a bit iffy on. The combat is pretty basic. The weapon system can get pretty frustrating with the wrong weapons in the beginning. You are also guaranteed to get hit at least once in every Crusade, with the janky hitboxes and annoying enemies. The lack of healing support in the game is also a major flaw. But, overall the village part massively overshadows the roguelike. Overall, a half fun half frustrating game, with still a lot of bugs that can be dealt with pretty easily. A pretty good game that could use a lot of improvement for its potential

I found this game really charming and fun. I liked traversing as a cat and the movement of it felt really smooth and fluid. The platforming is good, nothing outstanding, but plain and simple. But, this game really strived in the visual and story department. The underground city and all its areas are beautiful and really pleasing to look at. The story is a nice and chill adventure, with cool characters and its dramatic moments. All in all, a great and short game to play.

Really amazing Indie game that I should have finished ages ago. The whole atmosphere and world building of the Metroidvania game is really well made and you can tell a lot of heart and soul was put into it. The art and music are fantastic and the gameplay is so satisfying. The difficulty is handled well, with tricky bosses but not overly impossible. Over all, an amazing Indie game that everyone should try out.

I'd honestly thought I would enjoy this more than I thought I would, sadly I didn't. Most of the stages were a pain in the ass to play, with janky controls, bugs and annoying designs. The story was alright, I liked the whole Evangelion ass ending of the game which was pretty funny. Overall, I think its pretty overrated but I can understand nostalgia bias and all that.

A decently fun Sonic game. Though its broken as hell and the camera controls made playing this a nightmare, there was still fun to be had playing through it. I also liked how they structured the story.

An incredible game that I should've finished sooner. Definitely a unique game that I had ton of fun playing. The gameplay was great, very satisfying killing all those goons. Loved the setting the game presented, with the graphics, music, and story. All of it was incredible. Some issues with controls and weaponry but overall, a great, but short, game to play.

This is, without a doubt, the peak of Sonic the Hedgehog. Great graphics and music. The movement feels great and the physics are refined. Too bad I lost all my progress before I got Super Sonic. The stages could use a bit more work, they often stopped the fast movement and made playing through the stages a drag. Same with bosses, maybe I just suck but they were pretty annoying. Objectively, one of the best Sonic games but definitely has its noticeable flaws

Another great Kirby game! Great transition from 2D to 3D, even though they tried 3D for a bit on the 3DS but who cares. The game is really fun. The combat and platforming is great, and the upgraded abilities really add a lot to the game. The music is amazing as always and I really liked the setting of the place. One thing that was annoying was the really specific missions that are nearly impossible to get first try. Otherwise, a really good Kirby game.

Black 2 is a solid Pokémon entry. In my opinion, the story in these games aren't that important to me and I most of the time disregard it until the near-end. However, everything else about this game is great. The art direction and sprite-work is at its peak. Game Freak will most likely never be able to top this. The gameplay is great and as classic as it can be. The introduction of reusable TMs is the best new feature they can offer. The music is great as well, always nice to hear their soundtracks. Overall, a great quality Pokémon game, and is a necessity for the series.

To my surprise, I really enjoyed this game. I knew it was gonna have amazing qualities like music, story, and characters, but I was not expecting the gameplay to be hella fun. I'm not that big of turn-based RPG's, but this game is an exception. Very engaging and fun to play around with. The story was amazing of course, and the characters were incredible as well. I was kind of scared, going into a completely new protagonist, like my slight situation with 4, but I ended up really liking Ichiban and his friends. Ryu Ga Gotoku really knows how to make inspirational characters, and someone worth striving to be. Ichiban is an excellent character that I cannot wait to see again in the sequel. With the main factors out of the way, there's still many positives. Music is great, the amount of things you can do in this game is always a positive, and the substories are great as well. Overall, this is a amazing game that is worth the 7 Yakuza entries prior to this one. I love this series so much.

Pretty solid for a pokemon entry. The Sinnoh region is pretty neat and cool, though not much pokemon variety. The gameplay is the same as usual, which is not neccessarily. After playing FireRed, I'm glad I got to play a Pokemon game with the physical/special split, so that was objectively the best thing about Gen 4. I didn't like how slow this game was, so I used a fastfoward feature a lot that came with the emulator. The music is great to no surprise, but what I found really annoying was different themes like the cycling one overplaying a good track. Overall, pretty good for a pokemon game.

To no surprise, another amazing Yakuza game. One of the best stories the series has provided. Almost made me cry near the end. Quality aspects are great but nothing is ever flawless. The story for a start, is incredible. It provided great characters, enemies and emotional depth to these characters. The themes about parent to child relationships and the consequences of those relationships give a major impact to the story. As for the gameplay aspects, there could be some work. I understand that this is their first experience with the Dragon Engine so it's hard to blame them. I think it's the smoothness of the combos and how they connect with the opponents. It never really had that smoothness in my opinion. But, ignoring flaws, it's still pretty fun to beat up punks. The music is great as always too. In conclusion, a great Yakuza game which made me emotional on multiple occasions. I really love this game series and can't wait to get into 7.
