Despite all my complaints about inventory management and the sometimes questionable design decisions involving the combat of the game, In my opinion, I think that Signalis is really something quite special.

The overarching story is mostly told by pieces of paper and documents scattered throughout the game. In most cases, I would condemn storytelling through these means. Though, I feel like most of my complaints about these sorts of storytelling stem from the stories told from them being rather bland (Looking at you, Resident Evil) but Signalis for me, did not have a single low point in terms of it's writing. The final trek towards the end really seals the deal on the entire experience.

The narrative feels like it was tailor made for me. There is so much more to this game than what meets the eye. I am sure that no words that come from my brain will completely deliver just how much I adore the story this game is telling. The final scene from the ending that I got is hauntingly beautiful, and I am sure that I will remember it for a very long time.

Love is truly, such a beautiful thing.

I've parted with Niko only 5 minutes ago and I already miss them. You were magnificent, Niko OneShot. I shall never forget you for as long as I live.

Possibly the funnest combat system I've ever had the pleasure of experiencing, accompanied by a great (although at times a bit tropey) narrative that just keeps your adrenaline going non stop. I don't have much complaints about this at all, genuinely some of the most fun I've had in any JRPG. It's a really great time.

I dont think it can be overstated just how incredibly well this game captures the charm of Undertale. In facets such as the humor, writing, art and animation, Undertale Yellow absolutely excels at what it's trying to be; an incredibly respectful prequel to Undertale that understands why its so appealing in the first place. So much effort was put in this and at the time im writing this i havent even beaten the other endings aside from pacifist, but it is clear by the amount of love and effort from what ive seen put into this project that the two other endings would not fall behind in its quality and in its awe. Its really good :)

This was so surprising to me. A Persona 5 sequel? in 2023? and it's a good video game? with a surprisingly really good story that rivals strikers? I can't believe it. I think I like persona 5. maybe.

Lots of highs here and there's not alot of lows. I liked pretty much everything about it. Toshiro and Erina are so great. I like persona 5.

Every single aspect of this game is near flawless in my opinion. I cannot believe just how well done every single little itty bitty thing in this game is.

Though the plot might sound simple and generic it does evolve into something that in my opinion, is one of the best written pieces of medias ever created. It's free and theres literally no reason not to check it out.

did not care for the first one. but this ones pretty good. the platforming is great and the boss fights are fun as fuck. if you also did not care for the first one, try this one, you might really like it.

video games as a medium is the ultimate form of art. you cannot do the things this game does on any other medium. its a great story worth experiencing once in your life. to truly understand how amazing games work as a form of storytelling.

i rarely ever 100% games but this was actually pretty fun to complete. definetly a comfort game for me. i love these lil guys more than i love anything else in the world <3

Basically an improvement in every aspect EXCEPT story. Not saying that the story is bad, its pretty alright. Its just that with 30+ party members you cant develop all or any of them enough to make the development actually interesting.

Every complaint i had with the first game is pretty much fixed. I unironically enjoyed this battle system so much, its just so fluid and satisfying. The puzzles are no longer impossibly difficult like in the first game. Yeah, it was a pretty solid experience i liked it.

There is a good game in here somewhere. This game has a good concept and a very good narrative that is brought down by how bullshit the excecution is.

My biggest complaints are the puzzles in the Labyrinths. Theyre all mostly trial and error, which is okay because i dont mind taking my time with puzzles and figuring them out myself. But the random encounter rate is so shit that youd have to deal with 6-8 encounters before you finish a single fucking puzzle. Leading me to instead watch youtube playthrough to do the harder puzzles. If I didnt watch a playthrough of this game i probably wouldnt have the patience to beat this game.

Atleast the narrative is good, people like to shit on this game because of the way it writes its characters (namely Akihiko), but I enjoyed it. Zen and Rei are really well written in my opinion, theyre really great. Also didnt expect for the main cast to get this much development, even if their memories were reset at the end.

Overall it was awful and i liked it.

i need 10 sequels, a prequel, an animated series and also a feature film NOW.

The story had pacing issues, most of the bosses are a nightmare to fight against and the substories are incredibly repetitive like 80% of them are just fetch quests. If you're someone who enjoys or prefer the side content in Yakuza games, you'd probably not enjoy this as much as Yakuza 0, as this game pretty much felt like Yakuza 0, but worse in (almost) every aspect.

This game definetly has alot of issues but it was still a pretty pleasant experience. I loved Majima Everywhere and the new XP system, I still love real estate and the cabaret club from Yakuza 0 much more but the Majima Everywhere system is still really really good. The main story although having pacing issues was still pretty good i'd say, the pacing definetly got better around the end.

im not even a sonic fan. why am i here ?
