i've ignored this genre for too long. discovering and becoming more familiar with the ps1's library was the catalyst for me realising how much i'd missed out on essential jrpgs and neglected them. so i'm making a list of the ones i wanna play the most, a mix of all-time classics and more obscure ones that interest me.
the first five i'm planning on playing in that order. i really want to play xenogears but feel i'd be jumping ahead a bit. i want to see how square progressed as a company.
if anyone's got any suggestions for essential jrpgs, i'd love to hear!
