What a wonderful little game !!

Platforming felt smooth and satisfying, and the story was really endearing and heartfelt. It really made me feel good about myself.

The music is also absolutely wonderful.

Not many issues, only that it was too short, but I understand why it was so short.

I played this on a Steamdeck OLED.

It’s made decently well, some jumpscares really got me, some didn’t.

My biggest issue is there’s no risk, you can’t die, even if you walk straight into the spooky tall guy.

Really short, really linear, but it has some AWESOME bosses!

I think this is my least favorite Dark Souls game, it just felt really short, and not very open. I still really like it, but honestly, I think my favorite of the franchise is Dark Souls 1.

I got the End Of Fire ending, and played this on a Steamdeck OLED

I have no Idea why this is hated so much, I had a blast.

It was a little too easy at parts, and way too unfair at others, but I found it fantastic and immersive the whole way through!!

I played on a Steamdeck OLED and got the standard ending.

This shit runs so awful on a PS5. I’ll just gonna wait for the remaster maybe.

I love everything else, like everything else, but the framedrops are horrendous.

No words…

After many years of trying and starting over, a bunch of rage-quits, and late nights where I desperately wanted to rest, but couldn’t until I’d beaten that one boss are over… I’ve beaten it.

All the feelings you get after beating a boss, or getting through that one awful area feel like a drug. You desperately have to pull through in order to taste that brain-candy. It tastes marvelous.

It’s dated in design, the walk backs to bosses are awful, blah-blah-blah…

But nothing will ever beat that feeling of getting through that one difficult boss or area. I haven’t felt like this since Elden Ring.

I guess it’s time for Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice, or maybe Dark Souls 3? Or maybe i’ll just start another Elden Ring play through before the DLC, yeah, maybe i’ll do that.

I completed this on a Steamdeck OLED, and got the Link The Fire ending.

I’m never gonna forget this.

“Praise the sun!”

I saw my father get ripped apart by a giant chainsaw robot demon.

Thank GOD this was free because I would never spend any money on this.

I knew going in it was probably gonna suck, but holy shit I did not expect to hear awful voice acting every two seconds and to have to play through a story that feels like it came straight from r/im14andthisisdeep.

Also, the game has these stupid FMV scenes where you have to listen to a dubbed over voice in english that doesn’t match the actresses mouth movements AT ALL. I mean, I would’ve been happy with playing the game in Japanese, but instead, they decided not to have that option, and to dub everything over.

How was this REMOTELY Silent Hill related?

1/2 a star for the music, and the good graphics, even if the facial animations are really janky.

I was really intrigued about the shadow guy following you, and the surveillance stuff, but it turns out it was just some hermit the whole time, which is pretty unrealistic to me. I’m really disappointed in the ending, I feel like I went through all of that for nothing.

There are plenty of positives though, the characters are great, my favorite is Delilah, and the voice acting is amazing, it’s a very pretty game too. I was just so let down by the ending!

This is probably the best FPS of all time if we’re being real here.

The environments are unbeatable, it’s got that awesome Art Deco aspect that i’ve always dug, and I just LOVED exploring Rapture.

The game is a little too reliant on fetch quests for my taste, but I didn’t take much issue with it as I got to explore more of Rapture and take it all in.

The story is really good, and has a pretty shocking twist that I did not expect

I got the good ending where you rescue all of the little girls, and I was quite satisfied with that, I looked up the other endings online and the good ending is the best for sure.

I’ll probably play Bioshock: Infinite at some point, and MAYBE Bioshock 2, but i’ve heard mixed things about it.

eventually i’ll beat it, it just feels like a bit of a slog right now.

On chapter 6.

Im having a difficult time with the “no-direction” thing, but i’m very curious and I definitely wanna finish it up when I’m in the mood for it.

Really intriguing but I’m not in the mood for this type of game right now.
