If this was any other game this might've been a decent game but this game is a sequel to Parasite Eve 1 which was so amazing and unique, this sequel however has almost NONE of what made 1 so great, they ditched the well executed and original gameplay from 1 and decided to turn this game into an Resident Evil clone and that dealt a huge blow to my enjoyment playing 2, I wish I was able to see this game as its own thing cuz maybe then i would've had a good time with it but i could only bring myself to play up to the beginning of disc 2 cuz most of what i felt playing disc 1 was just disappointment

I cant say much for the story since obviously i didn't finish it so it wouldn't be fair to fault it completely but what was there just couldn't invest me enough to make going thru the rest of the game worth it, whereas with 1 it didn't take long for me to get invested in what was happening

The best part about this game was Aya, she seems to show a little more of her personality her and i really liked that but sadly it wasn't enough to make finishing this game worth it for me

tldr: My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined

its insane how much was improved from 2 to 3 in just one year between them

that being said this game as fun as it is gets to bullshit levels of difficulty even on EASY mode its kinda unfortunate

i think the reason you'd wanna go back to this game is for the funny voice acting
