impeccable platformer. Play this game.

very very good game. I beat this on my iPhone and it was a blast all the way through.

Coming off the spectacular Ys VIII (I played through the series in chronological order not release order), Ys VI The Ark of Napishtim is a short but great experience. While none of the characters apart from a certain dark mercenary were really memorable, the core Ys gameplay remained and it was as fun as ever. Also soundtrack slaps harder than the final boss

falcom hit the marks with this one. It's kind of slow at the start but it really gets going at the second half.

I can't believe I didn't play this absolute masterpiece sooner. Sekiro is a must play for anyone. The combat is just soooo fucking good. The whole game looks like japanese paintings and it is just beautiful. It's full of spectacle and I cannot recommend it enough.

amazing. Simply amazing. Dark Souls 3 is that one game that you beat and just speedrun ng+ in like 4 hours. God I love this game.

what an amazing game. The story is incredible, even better than the previous game. So much character development in this one. Only gripe is that this game is not as hard as 2018 God of War. Especially if you are going for platinum, this game is just way easier than the previous game.

can't go wrong with undertale

Beautiful. Absolutely beautiful.

holy shit that ending was beautiful

Tales of Arise is the latest entry (not counting mobile games) in the "Tales of" series by Bandai Namco. It uses an upgraded engine that really makes use of Next Gen hardware to provide players with a really beautiful Japanese Action RPG.

The gameplay is pretty good. Combat flows very nicely. Your characters can perform some really flashy combos, and you can call other characters from your party to unleash a boost attack every once in a while. The finishers and Mystic Artes are breathtaking to look at, and they don't ruin the flow of combat.

The story was not anything too special, but it was still good. One of the problems I had was that this game dragged on for way too long. That may not necessarily be bad, but there were several points where I just wanted to close the game and not touch it for a week because I have been in the same dungeon for the last 3 hours. The final boss battle was really good though.

The characters were, in my opinion, very interesting. You can view optional bits of dialogue to learn more about the characters and see how the interact with each other. Every character has their own motives and backstories which I thought were incredibly interesting.

I would give this game a perfect 5/5 if those damn dungeons didn't last so long. Overall, pretty damn good game.

After beating this game, I still don't know what Kingdom Hearts is.

Played the HD Version on PS3. This game was really fun. The combat, although it starts off kind of clunky, gets really good, especially towards the end when you have new abilities. The story is OK, I personally didn't like it all that much, as for most of the game all you are doing is helping Disney Characters with their own problems. Once the game reaches its final 4 hours too many things are introduced at once, leaving the player a little confused. The characters are interesting however, featuring the cast of Final Fantasy 7, a whole bunch of Disney characters and original KH characters. It's nice to see how over the course of the game Sora develops relationships with the characters from other worlds, especially Donald and Goofy. All in All, not a bad game. I did have some difficulty getting through some of the last bosses, but I think that's just because I suck.

What an amazing game. I'm sure everyone knows about Persona 4. Amazing story, amazing gameplay, amazing soundtrack. The graphics aren't all too good for a 2012 game, but then again this is a PS2 game so don't expect much. I don't really need to say much here; this game is absolutely amazing and is a must play for JRPG fans.
