While gameplay, visuals, and music are all stellar; this game suffers from the normal Bethesda RPG problem in that each faction that can be sided with are as flat as paper. Even so, like with being mean spirited in Fallout 3, I find it near impossible to side with the Institute. They are fundamentally flawed in their core ideology and execution. The Brotherhood is probably the furthest from THEIR core tenants as well, assuming the role of a mafia rather than protectors.

Perfect game in every way. Each subsequent playthrough further highlights this.

Best Zelda by a landslide. A masterwork by Nintendo

Project M made this game leaps and bounds better for sure, but you cant deny its impact. Subspace Emissary was the greatest story mode in any of the Smash games

Near perfect Animal Crossing, coming out at literally the perfect time, right as the world went to hell

Once all the updates were done this game is basically the best Animal Crossing experience

The best GTA, fight me on this. Best music selection on just one station, VROCK.

Hours of time spent on this one. Also a great sandbox game to run around and cause chaos

This should be the game that instantly comes to mind when you think of modern boomer shooters. Masterclass in retro FPS game themes and feel. Fantastic music score by the legendary Andrew Hulshult. A love letter to Doom, Blood, Heretic/Hexen, Redneck Rampage, and RotT

New Blood are quite literally what Video Game Publishers should be, a company that cares about the games they make and the gamers that play them

While Gen 4 was flawed before Platinum this still reigns as one of my favorite Pokemon games

The only game where you witness Gary Coleman lob a rotten cow head infected with Mad Cow at you and it is a poison grenade.

This game is a labor of love by the developers, and only from its cult following on Steam has it continued all these years. Each game in this series is a pop-culture time capsule (just look at this games DLC that came out 12 years post-release) and that's part of the charm. A much simpler GTA like game that can be played however you choose.

Terraria but in Space

I've played this game since its Early Access days, and I loved every part of its development journey. One of my early college comfort games

Fantastic DOS era platformer. No notes.

I not only cosplayed Keen at my first convention but the love I got from said cosplay blew my mind.

Such a great reintroduction of this franchise to the modern space. Ripping and Tearing never felt so good

Criminal that Bethesda trashed both Snapmaps and its multiplayer for Eternals Battle Mode

If Odyssey didn't exist this would be the best 3D Mario.

Extremely innovative, fluid platforming and movement. Musical score is a masterwork of orchestral themes, that is still in use today.

Harvest Moon but made by a single person. Great game

Abigail will forever be the best girl

Arguably the best Modern Fallout game. If you gave me the gunplay of 4 with the story and RPG elements of New Vegas I would be set for life.
