One of the better Persona spin-offs overall. Gameplay is fun if you enjoy SRPG’s, music is good and has some fun character moments. Story is fine but I would’ve immensely preferred Akechi and Sumire/Kasumi in the main story post royal, but the new characters are better than some of the other persona spin off cast seen prior.

This game is flawed with gameplay, however it is part 2 of one of my favorite stories of all time. The cast is amazing and they all feel realistic, and even by the end of the story I was learning more about them. This game has a heavy focus on Psychology; especially Jungian psychology and the workings of the human mind. The themes and messages are genuine and build on what was explored in Innocent Sin. if you can get past some dated elements, This game has a lot of great messages regarding humans and our world.

Improved upon everything from the first. The story and cast are a great improvement upon fallen order’s foundation; and aside from some performance issues before patch on ps5, I found the combat has much more depth and feels much more tailored by what stances you choose to use, giving a lot of personalization in how you fight.

Would be 5 stars if you remove the lame ass bird levels, and let Mario curbstomp the little bird piece of shit

Immensely flawed in some areas, but truly great in others. Has a mix of mediocre to great characters. This game isn't perfect, but it means a lot to me on a personal level and helped me reflect on myself. The third semester gives the game a big boost in quality as well, and definitely is the stand out part of the game.

Everything besides some of the story on Ichiban’s end felt like an improved version of LAD/Yakuza 7. This is a game that is absolutely at its best if you’ve played all the other Yakuza games.

As much as I’d like to not compare this game to the arkham games, not doing so feels impossible. This game has some great potential but there’s a lot limiting it as well as of now. It is probably more enjoyable to those who are larger fans of the Batman mythos as a whole, as the narrative isn’t as powerful as the arkham games. Has a lot of room to be fun with friends, but as of now there’s no crossplay which is disappointing. There are some graphical weaknesses as well which feel weird in 2022. This game has a lot of room to improve from updates and such, and I would like to see it do so as I was greatly looking forward to this game.

A great follow up to path of radiance that is probably the best story in the series I’ve played thus far. Builds off the first game in many ways with some minor rough patches in the later half, but still probably my personal favorite in the series so far due to the story and characters expanded upon from POR.

Builds upon the solid foundation set by first and Miles Morales game in every way, especially improving on some boss battles. However, the game was extremely buggy for me and I had a point where I was soft locked after venom’s first appearance, and had to use another person’s account save to continue the main story, which was really irritating and brought down the experience a bit for me. I’d like to revisit the game after potential DLC and bug fixes in the future

Complete upgrade from the original, very fun expansion that only enhanced how great the main game was already.

This game is a mess, overall a mixed bag but can be fun with a friend. Sherry and Jake's campaign is the only one I found to be "good" with Chris's being sort of mediocre and padded out with Leon and Ada having pretty weak campaigns. The gameplay and movement are very unorthodox for resident evil, but can be fun before getting monotonous. This game tries to be a bigger re5 but ends up worse in most ways.

Writing this after doing all the main quests, defeating Ganondorf, and completing 85 shrines. As someone who had issues with botw, I feel they fixed a lot here. With all the new mechanics you can work with, traversing the world is much more fun than it was before, and the bosses/dungeons are much better than botw. The dungeons still can’t really compete with the feeling of the more linear Zelda games. Here the “temples” themselves take roughly under an hour to complete, and getting there is also usually a longer process intertwined with exploring the respective area. Overall, I enjoyed the game a lot and it’s fun to work with the various mechanics that can mix up the gameplay loop and make you experiment. Like others have said, while the world is very similar, there’s enough changes and new areas including the new sky islands as well as the depths to make it feel fresh and not just identical to botw. However, somehow the story feels as though it almost ignores the prior game and most of the story is the same format as botw with slight tweaks, with the “memory” cutscenes containing most of the important moments of it. What’s strange It doesn’t feel like a sequel as much as an alternate timeline in terms of story. Nobody seems to remember Link besides the major story characters, the divine beasts are gone, the sheikah tech such as shrines is nowhere to be found, and the zonai almost feel like a retcon of that technology. While I don’t think it would’ve improved the story much, it still felt bizarre and made botw feel somewhat obsolete to me personally.

The combat needs improvement, and it definitely hinges on your enjoyment of the story and characters. While I understand a lot of criticism for the gameplay and do think it needs a fair bit of improvement in future entries, this story is truly amazing and one of my personal favorites. The ending scene is probably my favorite scene in the entire Yakuza series.

Truly an amazing experience. While I do personally think the early pacing of the first game was slightly better, this game improved on nearly everything else, having a new fighting style and building upon previous mechanics led to a very fun combat system. The main story is still a great pillar of the game, with emotional moments and serious ideas explored with the interesting perspective provided by Yagami. The side content is quite enjoyable, and there’s a wide variety of options with the school story system that felt very fresh, reminiscent of Yakuza 5 and the many playable characters. This game isn’t perfect; but it has so much to offer, and the themes of truth and one’s “justice” were executed in tandem with a fun cast and intriguing story, allowing me personally to say this is my current favorite game from RGG studios, and a great sequel to Judgment/Judge Eyes.

A superior version of ASB on PS3. If you enjoy JoJo, the game is worth a try. Maybe emulate the old one first to see if you’re a fan before getting this version, as it’s very similar aside from some improvements and additions to the cast, stages etc.
