In order to try and make what belongs on this list somewhat coherent, I’m including games that I have completed and that meet all three of these criteria: shooting, no open world (though some levels with multiple objectives you can complete in more than one order are fine), and a non-vr first person perspective with exceptions made only for vehicles.
