GOTY easily and I want Stray 2 pls

It's pretty hard to give this game a true rating since Minecraft back then is not Minecraft now. This game has no nether update, no cave update and it's plagued with that annoying crafting feature the legacy editions have

BUT i do kinda love it

I loved experiencing the old nether, the basic caves and exploring the limited map size. It's probably nostalgia but this is Minecraft to me. The new Minecraft just doesn't feel like MINECRAFT

I like both though and I'm glad this time capsule is still around to be experienced like nothing ever changed

It's up there as one of my favourite games ever. I'm so thankful this got a remake because the game looks amazing on PS4!

I think the speedruns are a bit more lenient too which is great and I like how the rewards cross over into NG+ which the OG game did not (I think)

Also, the sword of dormin is such a cool EE and collecting all the coins was 100% worth my time

I'm already willing to play this game again

I actually really enjoyed this. I played on veteran the entire time and some missions were pretty hard but overall, nothing compared to MW3 spec ops

The story isn't really the best but it was more or less just setting up for the trilogy rather than being a good standalone - hopefully MW2's story is better

I also don't really get the hate for Mile High Club on veteran? It's really just about narrowing down a strategy that works for you and using flash bangs to your advantage

Overall, good game but campaign isn't crazy

I'm not going to say this is a cash grab because I feel like the devs did actually try their best. I would say that Gamemill once again decided to push the game out too early and this is the result

I quite liked the puzzles during the game, a couple per level is actually a great addition but the entire collectable clean-up is botched and would've been impossible without someone online making a spreadsheet for the chests

Also, the game is under the assumption that you've watched the show and SO much is skipped over that I decided not to pay attention to the story at all. The combat was also terrible and the lock on feature is the only saving grace to beat the spirit trials

Again, just like the rest of Gamemills GOTY contenders, I don't think this is the fault of the developer. The game was for sure intended to be good but I imagine there was time restraints and crunch so the end product was once again mid asf

There's no collectables at all which, while amazing for a trophy hunter, fell short for practically everyone else that enjoys a collectable grind.

The story assumes you've watched the show and leaves a decent chunk of it down to little paragraphs before you start the next mission

The film grain setting is ass and idk why they would actually recommend it to be used at all and to top everything off - the combat is very bad and the game glitched on me a few times, locking me out of a trophy at one point too

This was okay. Nothing insane but also kinda commendable for trying something new in a time where gimmick controllers felt washed

I think if I had played this back in 2009, in the lounge with my family, this would've been so so fire

The main drawback in my opinion is just how HARD the board is. It's solid plastic, built really really well but it KILLS your feet. I tried wearing slippers, putting a rug under the skateboard and even using my hands instead of standing but it was just a really uncomfortable experience

oh yeah and the sensors on the board are shit :)

I'm a big fan of the movies and to be fair, this wasn't great BUT it wasn't bad either

It's an average movie tie in game made to 100% exploit fans of the movies but it does offer a look into the events post KFP2

The main issue I have with this game is that it's handled like a Simpsons episode. Nothing in this game matters as it can't interfere with the 3rd movies storyline. What happens in this game could've easily not happened and no one would've had a clue
