Vee's 2024 Adventure Log
I'll try my best to keep it updated, and maybe add short one-liners to everything that I didn't wanna bother throwing on people's feeds and waste their time. If there's no note, I either posted a review or planned on one and then forgot. Always happens.

I had to play through her stream on discord and get half a second to a full second of input lag. You're welcome.

Figured I'd might as well add this, since I essentially play this every 2-5 days to kill time.
Perfection given form.
Replayed this on mednafen to get a feel on it and see if I would like to try for a 1cc. I think I will, it's pretty easy to chew as far as repeated playthroughs are concerned. Just need to get a read on some bosses and the final stage walker enemies.
Red Eye? Maybe they need some Clear Eye...
Cleared hard mode and then pro mode afterwards, practicing this along with Interstellar Assault for now in hopes of recording a 1CC eventually.

I really need to learn the move list to this.....also C_F keeps calling him "Jon Taliban" and it's an unfair advantage whenever she says it.

One of the most gorgeous games on the Super Famicom. Unfortunately the fighting is just way too sluggish to fit a series like DBZ.
Creating Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan 999999 with 1000000 summer days in my pocket.
Completely shaken by the fact they ripped this car design off for Extreme G and the one ninja girl in Vigilante 8 2nd Offense.

She took all the weapons in our first playthrough because Bass dash goes over the power ups. ;-;

Jumping Flash's ancestor plays a quarter munching shmup to rescue a playboy bunny girl.
Seriously wasn't prepared for this Galaga knockoff to suddenly turn into Asteroids with funny surfer music.
AoE2 reskinned with Star Wars, breaking the game wide open with air units and Jedi/Sith replacing Priest units. Insanely clunky playing this after being used to definitive edition AoE2, and it feels like it takes forever to research tech and build units in comparison.
Was expecting an Action RPG of some kind going in, then it suddenly turned into a Breakout type of game where you moved your little sword guy around swiping at the ball to hit it around, and your cloaked dude was your goalkeeper moved via the shoulder buttons.
Interesting concept, but unfortunately wasn't that fun for me.

Unfortunately, not the hard-hitting Sports RPG where you're a down on their luck aging Major League baseballer. It's just a standard hardball game with the incredibly loud incorrect buzzer noise, and a team called the "Chicago Strokers".
Oh man, easily the winner of the random pull in my new SNES play session. You could've easily fooled me into believing this wasn't a Snow White game due to zero relation to the Disney version, and instead apparently about another version I never heard of until I looked it up. If you didn't hit the options you'd immediately play as this funny guy in a hooded cloak and a stick, going around throwing fresh fruit at animals that make audible "OOF" noises when they get killed by a homing cherry I lobbed at them.
Game-y ass game, I kinda almost like it if it weren't for the euro-core stage design and the "look further ahead" camera being insanely fast to the point of being puke-inducing. It's almost nice to remind myself that my adventure is never over when it comes to dives this deep into even North American SNES libraries.

Not really what I was looking for in an RTS.
I would've given this game a review, but my rear drivetrain broke!
This really doesn't work as a competitive puzzler, the randomness fucks you too much and trying to get around the board is whack.
Shame, since this is the one time where Mario is trying to actively disrupt corporate expansion.

An abominable mockery of a gift bestowed upon us by Taito.
Pssst, it wasn't that fun....
Dares to answer the age old developer question, "what happens when you make Medusa Heads take three hits?".

damn years off to a pretty shit start i see
@DJSCheddar yeah, I was originally manually ordering these based on enjoyment rather than rating since some bad games are entertaining, but it got insanely tedious later once the numbers got quite insurmountable. Just easier to drop these straight into the list, and maybe I'll be more encouraged to write about them super quick if I can't think of anything decent to write for a review.
@GutterTrash Unfortunately that's just the way new plays go now for people like me who exhausted console libraries as badly as I have. You either dig up shit or some slightly nice old coins in the form of 6/10 games that might get gassed up too much by niche youtubers.
