Riff on the stupid story with friends or press the start button when people start talking and you have the best FE game gameplay-wise. Insanely well-thought out from a game design perspective.

I will always be grateful for this game for saving the franchise, but good god this game on replay is horrendous from a design standpoint. Lunatic/Lunatic+ were not playtested, any sort of complex map design or AI just does not exist, Robin is the most broken character in FE series, and let's not get started on Pair Up trivializing the entire game. Play it on Hard/Casual + Reset on death if it's due to an error. (This game has ambush spawns and I do not blame you for thinking you got robbed, because you did if you die to it)

Play this game before you play any of the Etrian games you played that released after. You will absolutely go insane at the battle speed if you go backwards in QOL from where it currently is.

Troy Baker should have reprised his role instead of fucking around with Neil Cuckman. Impossible to not notice the voice actor changing mid-convo.

Mute the game's music and play anything else and you'll have an alright time. If you play this game expecting anything revolutionary to the JRPG genre then you're walking into the wrong store idiot

This game is high and low points. Availability and supports not existing being the obvious ones. I can't ignore those despite the rest of the game being generally good. Oh right, can't forget the fucking Blood Pact.

This franchise has 17 games and there are maybe two games that haven't fucked up on at least one thing. Path of Radiance is one of the ones that doesn't do anything badly. Good protagonist, good story, good gameplay, good difficulty balancing. Usually even good FEs fuck up one of these. Couldn't be Ike's game.

The game you play to find out who the guy in Smash was. If you like this game over any of the other GBA ones you're objectively wrong

Has always been high on my list of "best for newcomers." Does pretty much everything right besides the difficulty being very low even on the highest setting. I'd recommend using the randomizer tool to increase enemy growths for some level of challenge if you think it's too easy.

The best one. A lot of people dislike the turn away from the old art style, and this one is hit or miss, but it manages to still be decently well-written and is mechanically the best, most polished game in the franchise. One of my favorite games of all time.

None of the problems AW1 had, very good game. Easy to "find" and "experience" even on a toaster. Play it.
