keyboard only (sometimes not even that)
list of games that are on steam or available online and despite that, has no mouse support.
despite being on the pc platform and the input being readable being incredibly easy to program
might as well call this the lazy list
here's the opposite list : https://www.backloggd.com/u/pexo/list/mouse-support--based-devs-edition

55 Games
just keyboard bind and very glitchy, get a better experience by emulating and using the room inside the steam copy
there is a single instance of mouse being use, that is for giving the ''press start'' button an input, and thats the only time you can use the mouse in the entire game
not even key mapping, just default or controller, horrible
they went outta their way to add QoL features and achievements but literally took out the basic unity already pre-installed feature of being able to change keybindings, default or nothing here, avoid
indie game on steam being keyboard only, but at least you can keybind
capcom blew this out of the water with their own arcade collection, that one got proper controls and some very cool features, you can even mousebind in there but not here, this is barely a cashgrab
i'll give it a pass because the menus are fully usable with the mouse, but you can't bind the morph key to the mouse, shovel knight did it come on
had multiple versions to add mouse support and decided not to.
indie game on steam being keyboard only, but at least you can keybind
no mouse support, has keyboard rebinds however
no mouse support, even in menus, but a vast keybind menu
a flash game online on flash sites, can't interact with the mouse...
a flash game online on flash sites, can't interact with the mouse
indie game on steam being keyboard only, but at least you can keybind
keybind only
similar to the first collection
got ported to steam, has a full 3D camera and yet no mouse support despite the game claiming it does ??
mouse input only in menus, its a fighting game so its understandable
can't even map the moving keys, only the attack keys
i have a lot of respect for spark, but even the main keybind menu is atrocious, and you can't use mouse input despite the very engine allowing for the reading of the input
allows for mouse input in menus but not in-game
can't even keybind, only two options
keyboard only but good keybinds, weird that there is no mouse support since yatch club were the publishers for this one
no mouse support, has keyboard rebinds
janky aah keybind in game, its weird
very rebindable but unfortunally no mouse input
only in menu, when asked if possible to add at least mouse button binding, dev said it was impossible, then later re iterated saying he didn't wanted to make it a twin stick shooter, his choice, my money
keyboard only, allows keybind
ALL the other tales games on steam can be mouse binded and have great controls, this one was just a lazy port
keybinding only, bayonetta did it better
can't even keybind on keyboard, but modders (BASED as they are) made a mod to make it fully mouse and keyboard, making you even able to aim with the mouse, link here : https://github.com/martinsomer/Titan-Souls-Keyboard?tab=readme-ov-file
before anyone defends suda, suda wasn't even involved with the porting of this game, it was entirely up to Xseed, who done a barebones job, not even full controller support either, meanwhile based suda put mouse support in all the games he was involved in porting, he loves the platform that much.
i love this game from the very bottom of my heart, its one of my favorites, it pains me to say it has zero to no keybindings but to be fair it only has 2 buttons, wasd for movement and space
not only keyboard only, but you also need internet to play a 2 decades old game, emulate it
less famous games than this one have mouse support, yet this one does not

its on steam with xinput, yet refusing to just allow reading mouse input, you'll have a better experience emulating it, there you can adjust the inputs to use mouse comfortably, thats what i've done

you can't even keybind in this one, what...
can't even keybind
kinda, with the everest mod loader you can actually add keybindings and mouse inputs to your liking, its just weird that its not in base game
