I don't know if this counts, but the other day I finished Metal Gear Solid 3 and everyone kept calling Snake as Jack whenever they said his real name, but then he says his name is John so I'm confused.

initially (and currently) the system was designed entirely based on my whims and preferences, but as some vocal critics have noted this may create a competition with less drama and a predictable outcome due to one jack garland. I haven't had a chance to look into the stuff I'm less familiar with yet, but as I do I'll consider how its all weighted

@curse Yeah, everyone who knows him personally calls him Jack all the time, but in one of the last cutscenes he's asked what his name is and says it's John. Maybe this has something to do with this one question you get at the start of the game where I picked the answer "I like MGS2", because they gave me a Raiden mask, so perhaps this is a sort of joke? I guess? For the people who chose that answer I mean.
