A special case of this list. The game got a worldwide release on modern platforms in 2019 (!!), which is mostly the Super Famicom version with English text. Piko Interactive also created a very limited release of SNES cartridges with the game translated, compatible with original hardware. These cartridges never went dumped online, however, so the original ROM never got fan-translated to English. Aeon Genesis released an incomplete patch localising everything but the story in 2000.
