Bang for your Buck: Good games for cheap
Somewhat of a sequel to my "Short but Sweet" List. Will take suggestions.
Guidelines:
-Must be default listed at $10 or below on modern storefronts or easily attainable on a website.
-No emulation/piracy. Only looking for official releases.
-Permanent buy, no subscriptions.
-No games as a service with numerous microtransactions.
-Game should obviously be good. Above your mean/mode rating is probably a good entry, but use your own judgment.
I might allow for higher prices if the game is a collection.
All prices in USD.

Free on dev website.
A special case, as this game has been delisted from all storefronts, but there is a fanmade PC port that is obviously free.
First two chapters are currently free, but that could change with later chapters.

Free on itch.io
This one's free on Steam, but the other games in the series are also very cheap too.
This game and many other Genesis titles are 1 dollar on steam.

The game is 30 Dollars, but there's enough distinct games here that you get your money's worth.

@moschidae I hesitate to add anything with a default value of $15 because I think there's a few too many of those compared to <$10. I'll add Vividlope though, it looks pretty cool.
Ohh sorry, i missed that line in the description 0:
@moschidae No worries.
Gunman Clive can go for $2.99, but there's also the HD collection that contains both 1 + 2 for $5.99. I can't vouch for 2's quality personally since I haven't played it, but 1 is a short but sweet 2D action side scroller.
I also want to try Pseudoregalia at some point, which is a 3D platformer Metroidvania, also $5.99. I've heard great things about it.
Not sure if you'd count Terraria since it's $9.99 on Steam but consoles can be higher in price ($15.99). To be fair, Steam is almost always the way to go for playing that game, but I'm unsure if you would only count something below $10 across the both Steam and consoles.
Cultic is a fantastic FPS inspired by games like Resident Evil 4 for $9.99.
Chop Goblins is a strange yet funny retro shooter that's cheaper at $4.99. Made by the same dev as Dusk.

@AlphaOne2 Right now I'm specifying the price if it's lower on Steam compared to consoles, such as Undertale, which is $15 on consoles last time I checked. As such, Terraria fits.
Pseudoregalia looks interesting, I'll have to play that eventually.

Hotline Miami (9.99$), Splinter Cell Chaos Theory (9.99$), Nightmare of Decay (4.99$), Max Payne 1 and 2 (9.99$ each), OneShot (9.99$), Left 4 Dead 1 and 2 (9.99$ each), Fallout: New Vegas (9.99$) and Hitman: Blood Money (9.99$), all of these on Steam of course. I checked the prices on SteamDB since I'm not american, so I hope I got them right.
@paqgamer All of them were good. Thanks.
KotOR[(https://www.xbox.com/en-US/games/store/star-wars-knights-of-the-old-republic/BS8LFD7729CL/0001) is 10 bucks on Xbox. I would also make an argument for [Rare Replay which is $30 but still an enormous value since it contains 15 games basically all of which are massive (or at least semi-massive) bangers.
Also, awesome list idea!
Geometry Wars is 5 bucks on Xbox.
@cowboyjosh Rare Replay is a good example of what kind of collections belong here, as there's a decent variety and it's still not too expensive. Thanks for the recommendations.
