All Sonic Games in release order, this includes notable fan games / fan remakes, in my order I have placed the fan games next to their originals to give a sense of progression through those eras, also I have grouped together some spinoffs as there isnt enough progression to really bother waiting for, so if you wish for a TRUE release order simply set the built in backloggd order to release date. It does not include ports, unless the port has notable gameplay differences, if one port is slightly superior to another, then I have simply placed that later port in place of the original. Compilations are not included, unless noteworthy experiences.

Again I will clarify this list is more made for an ideal playing experience, rather than a 100% accurate historical record however I have tried to maintain the "progression" of the series in this order.
