This list is seriously missing LISA: The Painful. Also there's Katana Zero and Hotline Miami.

I remember Syndicate having this system of three different drugs you could give to each agent to control their behaviour, it sounded like it was supposed to be intricate and tactical but in practice the best option was usually to just pump all three to the max.
