Yakuza Kiwami has a lesbian hostess (Rina)
Yakuza 3 has a substory about a trans girl which got conservatives foaming out of their mouths, so that's also pretty cool, don't really remember it's name, but googling "Yakuza 3 Ayaka" will get you info about that.
