I never knew how much I needed wall jumping until I played this game.

Save system is my only complaint (and like 1 really annoying boss near the end), but man, I had so much fun in every aspect that matters in a Mega Man game. And that music man.

When I picked up the X games, met Zero, and eventually played as him, I thought "man, he's cool af". Then, I picked up the Zero games and thought "yep, he is still cool af". But it is only when I played this game that I truly realized: he's simply #Him.

It was one thing for the story and stages to be the best these games had to offer so far, but it even went the extra step of basically making the combat 2D Devil May Cry. It is entirely possible to play this game however you want, either casually or testing your skills with all the crazy stuff you can do with the combo system.

I guess some of the bosses weren't that interesting to tackle, but otherwise, this is a truly phenomenal game.

This is the one people supposedly hate???

This game is different as it feels less explosive (for lack of better term) than the previous 2 entries and wants to take it's time and it helps tremendously. The orphanage and Okinawa setting let us focus on a side of Kiryu we don't really see much of in 1 or 2 and it’s done very well. And as always, the other characters are all fantastic.

Also important to note that the combat is perfectly fine as is. All that's demanded is to just learn the combos which, by this point, I have long since done.

Phenomenal game

I can't think of a single new criticism to say about this game that hasn't already been said.

It's just bad.

Incredible game. It pretty much hits all the right notes for a VN. Interesting setting, cozy atmosphere, visually amazing aesthetic, a phenomenal soundtrack. And all of this is on top of a very simple story of just (relatively) down-to-earth people just talking about their lives in a pretty compelling way.

Cannot recommend this enough for anyone looking to play a game they can knock out in 9-10 hours.

I was flipping back and forth between an 8 and 9 for this one. Took a little while to get used to the new controls, but I had a blast once I did.

Not a huge fan of how they reworked lives in this game as it created some very frustrating moments for me, but the levels were generally short enough that I didn't mind it entirely.

Really fun game. Level and weapon design were amazing and everything felt like it had so many ways to tackle the situation. Only real gripe lies during some of the last few sections of the game, where certain enemies gives you barely any breathing room, especially on higher difficulties.

God where do I begin. Massive step up in all the mechanics of the previous entries (Combat, exploration, presentation, etc.). The build-up to this game from the previous 2 had me genuinely more excited than I expected, even more so as a fan of a certain other entry in the franchise.

Beautiful game and a beautiful conclusion to a flawed, but ultimately amazing trilogy.

Wild ride man.

I was all over the place thinking about what score to give this game, ranging from an 8, 9, or 10. As you can see from my rating, I thoroughly enjoyed it despite all the flaws.

Admittedly, stages and bosses varied in terms of how much I enjoyed them. It was only once I got into the crafting system and how they reworked Cyber Elves that I really started getting into the flow of this one. An odd choice that puzzled me though was changing the requirements for EX skills from getting an A/S rank to the type of weather you play the stage in.

There are so many odd mechanics that make it into this one, as well as some questionable design choices, but for the most part, they absolutely stuck the landing for me. Incredible game and just overall an incredible series of games.

All the stages and bosses were really fun and playing as Bass really elevated the experience, even if the lack of E-Tanks really got on my nerves at times.

Great game. Easily a step up from the first entry as well as fixing a lot of my issues with the game. Only complaint is that there was like 1 level I got really annoyed with.

Level design took a noticeable dip compared to the first entry, but the new gameplay changes like dual wielding, and the way the story expanded upon the lore was top notch, even if the ending was abrupt.

I finally managed to play this game after putting off for so long, and it was so worth it.

The time travel felt a little weird at first, but once I got the hang of it, I had so much fun exploring the dungeons and doing the many side quests and getting all the different masks.

Amazing game.

As of writing this review, I've gone up to the end of Violence, the most recent layer of the game.

Saying this is one of the most unique FPS's I've ever touched doesn't even begin to do it justice. All I can really say is to play it for yourself because truly, there is not another game like this out there.
