Also basically a reboot of my earlier list "In the Year 20XX." Games that feel like a movie you'd find on the shelf of a slightly grungy video store circa the 90s. No movie license games and trying to avoid just posting every low-poly horror game on Itch.io (though Puppet Combo's stuff is kind of unavoidable for this aesthetic, huh?).
