I had my reservations with Pokémon cover arts since there are qwuite a few you could consider the legendaries are screaming, but in BD/SP case it is more exaggerated, so yeah, I'll add both of them and Doom 3 right now!

This list has had me flicking through the games on my shelf deciding whether people are actually screaming on these covers or are just holding their mouths randomly agape but the few I’ve come back with were Silent Hill 4 and Adventure Time Hey Ice King Why’d You Steal Our Garbage

That is by far the hardest part when deciding which games to include in this list; I think it's more clear to know if they are screaming when they are ather angry or seem scared, and if not it's much, much harder to decide. he first two you mentioned are going for sure, but the third one it's one of those cases while the have their mouth open, they don't give the feeling that they are yelling or screaming, but rather just saying something or a grunt.

Again,it's VERY hard do distinguish and decide, but sometimes I just go with my gut feeling.

Bloodnet, Expeditions: Viking and Doom 3 Resurrection of evil fit perfectly, tho Nightmare of Decay doesn't give me the feeling of it being screaming, and I would include Bionic Commando: Rearmmed with no problem, in fact I did want to include it defore... but the site's box art doesn't have the dude screaming, which has to be like a crime in some country!

How have I never heard about this, this box art is pure fucking gold. I don't know who they got to do it but give them a medal, it's the worst thing I've seen and I love it.

I would have to recommend Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story, if you feel this would count.

@Lot0 Both Bloodroots and Chrono Trigger are going in for sure, but as I said before, I'm a bit torn on adding too many pokemon games, since I don't want to clutter the list with too many of them, but I can't say no to a screaming chicken. I'll add then right now!

I actually considered Tunic before, but I think it falls into the ''mouth open but not screaming camp'', where it seems to calm to be screaming and rather is more likely it's just a pose. But Stubbs the Zombie and Crazy Taxi are a match made in heaven for this list, both are going in for sure!
