Dusk has a pretty cool horror setting, even if 90% of the time it isn't too scary since it's a boomer shooter. Subjectively I'd put Bloodborne higher as I see it as a celebration of all kinds of horror like Bram Stoker, Gothic, Cosmic, etc. Though like Dusk, it isn't that scary either.
