I don't know why, but I find it hilarious when a character seems to be screaming their lungs out in the box-art of the game.

A lot of these will inevitably fall on the middle ground of not knowing if they're really screaming or if they just have their mouth open, but in this case I think it's funny to think the blue thing is screaming at Yoshi.
